Alright I'm done dude. Today changed the entire AI game again. Throwing my Mac mini in the trash. Deleting all my subs and just maxing out Grok Bot. You don't need anything else anymore. I made this video by opening Grok Bot, and spending about 15 seconds writing the following prompt: "Make me an explainer video on the natural gas supply chain for residential service, from where gas is generated to the delivery line into your home. Talk about how pressure is stepped down at each stop along the way, how lines are run, etc" Grok Bot is just a magic box that you write a little bit of English into and get out gold. I'm done with everything else. I don't care anymore. My goal with these videos is to help people understand that the simplest things they take for granted are actually very complex, and you should be amazed by everything basically.

LOL. Grok Bot is legit a jaw through the floor AI moment all over again after yesterday’s changes. Reminds me of my first time trying FSD V12.5 or something. This was a totally half-assed effort that I thought for sure would not work at all and would come out terribly. I just recorded 60 secs of me pretending to download grok bot on my phone, then opened the app, started a new bot, typed it up and then jumped onto the connectors page. I told Grok Bot to watch it and use the footage to make a “how-to” video. This was just a total test. Minimal effort, just for kicks. Wanted to see what would happen. Is the output perfect? No. But it’s largely imperfect because I put no effort into making it good. I am completely mindblown by its ability to edit together a video that makes sense, automatically censored stuff for me, narrated correctly, and marked up critical icons perfectly. My prompt was minimal and effort was near zero. Unbelievable what you can make with even just small effort. Unreal dude.

Here’s a perfect example of why Tesla Self Driving is pure magic. In this video, we’re approaching a one-lane covered bridge. Notice that after oncoming cars clear, there is an ever-so-slight pause by FSD before proceeding. Why? Because FSD sees a car yielding on the other side of the covered bridge, and is confirming that it’s yielding for us. You can barely see the car yourself as a human, but FSD sees it, which can be verified by the tiny car spec on the screen animation. Zoom in and you’ll see it on the screen. FSD signals full understanding of this situation, and acts/reacts with such speed and precision that blows my mind every time. This is the key breakthrough of V14. The car feels completely dialed in and alive at every fraction of a second. No pausing, no uncertainty. It’s just alive. There is no awkward hesitation, nothing that feels any different from what an experienced human driver would do here. This never used to be possible before V14. It couldn’t even understand this scenario at all. Now not only is it possible, but it’s so natural that you don’t even bat an eye. And we’re about to see a step change with V15. Completely insane.

Absolute SAVAGERY by mad max on V14.3.3 😂 We’re driving along the highway, and encounter traffic. We are supposed to be on the roadway I’m pointing at with an arrow a few seconds into the video. FSD knows from mapping that the Rt 1 exit allows an opportunity to re-connect with I-76 before it branches off into an exit lane, and to avoid a section of traffic, FSD decides to yeet the exit, blow by about 1/2 mile of the backup before muscling its way back onto 76. I had to mute the video because I was laughing like a psycho the entire time. So good. Mad max will get you where you’re goin man

Tesla Self-Driving sucks and doesn't work. This compressed video shows 90 minutes of Tesla's V14.2.2.5 moving through the heart of Philadelphia, and back to the suburbs for some errands. As you watch this clip, you'll start to realize that Tesla's goal of autonomy at-scale is very far from here, and probably won't ever actually happen. The entire charade is nonsense. Tesla cars have level 2 ADAS just like SuperCruise and BlueCruise. Yes, your Chevy Silverado does do this. More music by the homie Stainless Steele

Rapidfire epic moments on FSD V14.3.5 1) FSD turns right into a small alley that only fits one car at a time, sees oncoming car, reverses out of alley to make space, realizes oncoming car is actually parking, re-enters alley. 2) Insane speed to vehicle cues. As FSD approaches the intersection at the end of the small alley, it yields for traffic, but at the SECOND the car to our left slows, it realizes they’re letting us go and executes with zero hesitation. You can see the nose of the vehicle on the far left side of the shot here to gauge reaction speed. 3) FSD approaches railroad traffic, clears the vehicle intersection, but stops shy of first RR track instead of queueing behind lead car, ignoring the human who decided to foolishly stop in front of the track. This is why I’m bullish. This tech is just a constant mindblower when you’re out here using it.

FSD V14.2.2.5 takes me 415 miles from Raleigh, North Carolina to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in my Tesla Model Y. Zero interventions. Zero input of any kind to the steering wheel or pedals for this entire day-long drive. When I left, it was 58F and raining. When I arrived home, it was 35F, with snow on the ground. FSD handled heavy rain, light rain, day, night, declining temps, heavy traffic, construction, etc. All flawlessly. Tesla ships the most mind-blowing consumer AI of any kind by far. If you haven't tried FSD V14.2 yet, you should. It's a game-changing experience. Music written and recorded by the Local Philly Homie Stainless Steele. Thanks for letting me use the tracks! They rule.

Amazing V14.3.4 clip that joel just sent me and asked me to share from his M3P. What I love most about this clip is that FSD understands what needs to happen and reacts BEFORE the lead car even throws it in reverse. This is such a critical indicator that FSD isn’t just reacting to objects in its path, but actually understands what happens next before it even needs to start backing up to clear the dodge ram. This is one of my favorite edge cases in a minute. FSD IS THE TRUTH

Last night Elon announced a major change to Grok Bot: Grok Bot now utilizes the best model for any job you throw at it. Oh yeah? Let’s see about that. I did a test this morning. I asked my builder bot to make an explainer video about compression bridges. I told it to build the entire thing end-to-end with zero help from my Mac mini or any external tools. The result? This video is 100% made by Opus. No doubt about it. Wild. This is the biggest change to Grok Bot since launch.
