Full body late night hotel workout. Pull-ups, incline bench, lunges back to back 1-2 min rest. 15-30 reps. Finished off with a bit of jump rope at the end. I maintain this lean condition all year by eating 190-210g of protein a day, eating spinach/kale, controlling calories and LOTS of water. I'm 6'3" and fluctuate between 190-200lbs. I like combining strength with endurance when I train as this was how I trained when I rowed Division 1.

I find it interesting that smart people like Joe Rogan and Chris Williamson CONSTANTLY attack the redpill/manosphere, but NEVER actually have someone on from the genre to correct gross mischaracterizations. NEVER do this stupid shit at a Border Patrol checkpoint. This can get you easily arrested and charged federally with 18 USC 111 (Impeding & assaulting federal officers/agents). I know, because I've responded to BP checkpoints to arrest idiots like this when I was a HSI agent back in the day. The 5th and 6th amendment do not apply the same way when it comes to determining alienage during an immigration inspection. Just say you're a US citizen and keep it pushing guys. The clicks aren't worth it.
