In Belgium, you’re legally required to stay in the right lane on highways when there’s no traffic. Many drivers ignore this and hog the middle or left lane like seen in this video and yes, you can get fined for it. Tesla FSD does it perfectly: it automatically merges back to the right when the lane is clear. Overtaking on the right is strictly forbidden (with even bigger fines)

So apparently Brussels locals instantly know when you’re NOT driving 😄 FSD awareness is high! This kind gentleman waves me through… but he didn’t spot his colleague waiting on the left to cross. FSD caught everything perfectly. I indicated to him “I’m not the one driving” he immediately understood and smiled. The awareness of FSD is impressive, and so is the positive reaction from people! I noticed something about the summer update 2026.26.1 for Belgium with Grok implemented. I have customers that have received the update. But with a noticeable difference, it has FSD Hardware 3. Currently, that’s the only car that has had the update that we’re aware of. It’s been since July 30th already. So, is there something Tesla is waiting for to release? This is a Belgium registered car, not an imported one. We’ve got French or German imported cars that already have Grok implemented. Has anyone else in Belgium or The Netherlands with Hardware 4 already received the summer update?

FSD isn’t perfect yet. That’s literally why it’s called FSD Supervised. There was nobody behind me so I decided not to intervene. Light turned green to the right… and the car just sat there doing nothing. After hours of it doing everything perfectly, you can already hear the frustration in my voice. We’re so spoiled.

Driving behind a car that suddenly starts reversing because someone in front wants to park. The guy in front reversed pretty fast, so I almost overtook, but FSD automatically reversed too. When there was enough space to park, the car in front kept reversing… I panicked, honked, and then realised FSD was stopping for a cyclist behind me and still handling it perfectly and even backing up more after the cyclist has passed. #Tesla #FSD #knokke

FSD is superhuman. I’m taking the highway exit and a truck is blocking the road. FSD signals and starts to overtake… until the truck suddenly pulls away again. FSD stays neatly behind it and sees a worker jump out. Before the truck has even come to a complete stop, FSD signals again and overtakes it. Incredible, how is this even possible?! 🤯

For years, people claimed Full Self-Driving would never work in Europe because of: • Super narrow roads • Blind corners everywhere • Poor or completely missing road markings • Situations where you often have to reverse to let oncoming traffic pass Today I let FSD handle my daily commute on exactly these challenging Belgian roads. It wasn’t busy, but it smoothly managed the tight lanes and exhausting bends with zero issues.

Driving on FSD through one of the busiest streets in Bruges, Belgium 🇧🇪, a super touristy spot packed with pedestrians and cyclists. Bruges has tons of car-free/low-traffic streets, and this one is closed to cars from 1 PM onward. If I see one more post claiming FSD is “dangerous for pedestrians,” I’m going to lose it. Tesla’s FSD already drives better than 95% of the population.

I genuinely don’t understand the hate towards FSD. Or the “just drive yourself” comments. I love driving, and track days are pure driving joy! But a daily commute full of red lights, traffic, trucks everywhere and constantly watching for motorcyclists? That’s not fun, that’s just torture. FSD takes all that stress away and drives smoother than a limo driver. How can you be against that? I’m honestly trying to understand.
