I improve people’s looks by fixing their health. Here’s proof👇

Shorts

You drain it through urine. People don’t realise the sheer amount of issues caused by clogged lymphatic pathways: -weak jawline -facial asymmetry -dark circles & eye bags -loss of cheekbone definition -puffy face (even at low body fat) (keep reading for how to fix) Your lymphatic system is a waste removal network. When it's blocked, metabolic waste accumulates in facial tissue. Your face looks bloated, soft, undefined. Tight fascia, poor posture, sedentary lifestyle, lack of structured hydration, poor sleep all cause the pathways to be blocked. Here is how to drain the lymph: -Gua sha or fingertips: center of face → ears → down neck to collarbones (follow the pathway above) -Move daily: gym, sprints, walking - lymph flows with muscle contraction -Fix posture: decompress the neck, open drainage pathways -Structured Water: water with minerals, raw milk, fruit (lymph is 95% water) -Sleep 7-9 hours: glymphatic system drains during deep sleep Just by these simple habits you can drastically change your looks.

You can make your skull more "malleable" to grow your jaw forward at any age Just by pushing on the palate - which is basically acts as a fascial pump for cerebrospinal fluid. When you stimulate the incisive papilla (tissue behind front teeth), you're activating the "craniosacral pump" This: -releases fascial adhesions from years of poor tongue posture -mobilizes sutural restrictions that have been locked since childhood -activates mechanotransduction (cellular signaling that triggers bone remodeling) These are the principles by which techniques like Thumbpulling and Incisive Papilla Pushing work. The hard palate is more than just bone - it is a dense fascial network, periosteum, vascular tissue, and a piezoelectric structure. Only by leveraging these characteristics does your skull get more malleable. Then your myofunctional habits (proper tongue posture, swallowing, chewing, etc) drive the actual expansion. The bone ALWAYS follows the fascia - release the latter and the former will develop.

Exactly. Your maxilla determines how attractive you are. You need to achieve CCW rotation of the maxilla to improve your looks - which can be done naturally. But Mewing alone will not help - you need to perform craniosomatic techniques in addition to it + fix habits One such is Incisive Papilla Pulling. When done correctly - this has immense benefits on training your muscles, overall posture, myofascia release and suture mobilisation. This technique allows your face to become more "malleable" replicating the benefits of Neurocranial Restructuring (NCR) but at home. Most people can't comprehend this - but the people who can think for themselves see the scientific links and the undeniable results and transform themselves ⚡️

The fascia is the hidden structure in your body responsible for how you look. And unfortunately - due to our current modern lifestyle, our fascia is more dehydrated, tight and constricted than ever. This affects our posture, maxilla, jawline, aging, and overall facial structure. You need to release the fascia - to allow your face to become more "malleable" to develop upwards and forwards. One such technique is slant board training. Try to balance on a slant board with one foot, while activating the anterior tibial tendon in both foots Rotate the opposite foot in a slow, controlled manner while tensing the big toe You should feel a burning sensation, this is your fascia. You are slowly realigning the fascial network to how it was always meant to be

Just by training the fascia you can: -have perfect posture -improve your facial structure -accelerate the fix of any issue -make faster progress in the gym -be more athletic than ever before -eliminate all forms of aging (wrinkles, folds, etc) And nobody is talking about it.

You are probably breathing TOO MUCH, which is affecting your longevity and looks. It probably sounds counterintuitive - more breaths = better, right? No. Today, we breathe shallow, from our mouths, into our chests at a pace that is more to our detriment than otherwise. The average person takes 18-20 breaths per minute, optimal pace being 6-10. This blows out CO2 faster than the body can produce it. Less CO2 means less oxygen reaches your cells, no matter how much air you breathe in. When you chronically overbreathe, your: → Sleep collapses → Skin dulls and ages faster → Cortisol stays elevated 24/7 → Lymph backs up and the face puffs → Lips lose tone and the seal weakens → Forward head posture sets in and the jaw retracts → Tongue drops from the palate and the maxilla narrows → Cheekbones lose support and the midface collapses inward Just from breathing incorrectly. The most ideal way to breathe is: -through your nose -funnelling the air BACKWARDS (imagine directing the air into the lower back region) -in a slowly and controlled manner This is called Back Breathing and you will instantly feel a difference. Breathe less. Live longer. Look better. ⚡️

Thumbpulling™ will change your face. And the reason why is something NOBODY talks about. The follow-up after every set is a Pandiculation. Pandiculation is the stretch every human and animal instinctively does. It's why cats arch their backs after waking up. It's why dogs stretch their front legs out before they move. It's why you yawn and stretch the second you wake. It's the body's built-in fascial reset. The nervous system uses it to: -recalibrate posture -rehydrate the fascia -release stored tension -update the resting tone of muscles -rewire the set point of the entire system Thumbpulling™ does exactly this - it forces a pandiculation which loosens the sutures, releases the fascia (you can hear creaking sounds of this happening) This allows your face to be more mobile - allowing your tongue to expand the palate and maxilla. This is exactly what people in my community have been integrating into their daily routines to improve their appearance. Everyone will be Thumbpulling eventually ⚡️
