🚨BREAKING: CA Attorney General Rob Bonta Writes Biased Ballot Summary to STOP Voter ID from Becoming Law. 1.3 million Californians signed a petition to make Voter ID a requirement for all future state elections. In response, Bonta wrote a summary using prohibitive language to make it seem like the initiative would “strip citizens of the right to vote” instead of “securing all future elections.” What voters signed petitions for: “ESTABLISHES ADDITIONAL VOTER IDENTIFICATION AND CITIZENSHIP VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.” What Bonta is now forcing onto every ballot and voter guide: “PROHIBITS CITIZENS FROM VOTING UNLESS THEY PRESENT GOVERNMENT-ISSUED IDENTIFICATION.” Same measure. Completely different meaning. He swapped “Requires ID” for “prohibits citizens from voting.” Then, “Provide the last four digits of your ID number” became “invalidates your mail ballot.” This is not a clarification. This is a deliberate attempt to scare low-information voters into voting ‘No’ on a measure that polls through the roof when described honestly. They know they can’t win the argument on the merits… so they’re poisoning the summary itself. The Yes on 39 team is already suing him over it. This is California election law in 2026: when the people force something onto the ballot that the ruling party hates, the Attorney General just changes the words. Tell me this isn’t textbook ballot language manipulation.

🚨BREAKING: CA Legislature Passes Bill to Criminalize Nick Shirley Style Fraud Exposés. The Assembly Judiciary Committee voted 11-2 to make investigative journalism illegal. Their bill would impose civil sanctions of $4,000 minimum if an immigrant services fraudster wants to be off camera and takes the issue to court. The fraudster can also pursue an injunction disallowing them from being exposed on camera by a journalist for up to four years. If the journalist refuses to take the initial video in which the fraudster was exposed down, they may face up to three times the amount of the initial civil penalty: $12,000. The bill protects “immigrant service centers” like fake Somali daycares or Los Angeles hospice centers from legitimate journalists by classifying them as “harassers.” In the worst case, if the Journalist is accused of doxxing a fraudster or posing an “imminent threat,” they can get criminal charges and $10,000 in fines. If this bill passes fully, and, Nick or anyone else were brave enough to film more ghost-client daycares or hospices, they’d be under severe financial and legal scrutiny. What a shame!

🚨BREAKING: Gavin Newsom wants to decimate 2 million California home gardens. Sounds insane? It’s reality. Zone 0 would mandate property owners get rid of all their good standing vegetation and wooden fences within a 5-foot radius of their houses. Failure to comply within three years would require an inspector to remove it themselves. Not only this, but some may fail to comply because they will not be able to afford the $5-10k it will cost to do so. This burden is being imposed by the state onto the taxpayer. Worse yet, it is so controversial, there are four different drafts of the proposal in response to citizen outrage. This is not 1984. This is reality. Not having “enough” water for the Palisades fire was THE scapegoat. Wake up America!

🚨BREAKING: Gavin Newsom BLOCKS Trump’s “NO TAX ON TIPS” for CA Service Workers. The OBBA Act gave all Americans a $25k deduction on their tips in service (ie. restaurants), which is a benefit that will not apply to a few states. CA has a static conformity policy making it so legislation must be passed for it to conform to the new Internal Revenue Code (IRC). CA’s deadline to do this for OBBA was January 1st of this year, however, it did not do so. This leaves service workers burdened with continued state taxation of tips. A bill in the forty-member State Senate sought to change this August 29th, 2024, however, 29 lawmakers voted in the negative. All this while the Governor campaigns for POTUS 2028 on “affordability.” Don’t believe him because he decoupled from federal tax cuts over ideological disagreements with the President. The benefits of OBBA are retroactive to January 2025, but depend on CA’s willingness to conform. On another note: LAO predicts a $2.9 billion budget shortfall for CA this year.

🚨BREAKING: California Democrats want $800 BILLION in reparations for Black Americans. Right now, they are well on their way to achieving that dream. They just passed SB 1331 (D-Bradford) which establishes a fund in the state treasury to give out reparations. Despite a massive $45 billion deficit, Democrats are looking to multiply our budget by roughly 2.5x for this, which could amount to about triple the current amount of taxes we already pay. Enough! California was never a slave state. We should not take responsibility for the atrocities committed during the pre-Civil War period. Everyone and their mom’s ancestors were slaves at one point. 🚨BREAKING: Gavin Newsom appointed board votes to increase gas prices by 85 cents. To make California “Trump proof,” Gavin Newsom’s first action was to allow the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to approve a new Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) to increase prices at the pump for Californians by nearly a dollar. The estimate was made by a non-partisan government agency called the Legislative Analyst’s Office (LAO). They also voted to phase out combustion vehicles completely by 2045. Even Karl Marx, who they are to the left of, recognizes the importance of fossil fuels. This action was taken late on Friday night because no citizen pays attention on such an evening. California will continue to go even more red than it did in 2024 if this continues. It will result in a total bloodbath. I urge the U.S. Senate GOP to pick a new leader with a backbone on November 13th, who would be willing to work with Donald J. Trump and Elon Musk to strip away California’s federal funding for pulling this nonsense.

🚨EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PER MILE TAX. California just implemented a law that states developers should be subject to a Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) tax if they “drive too much” to complete a project. This would consist of an upwards of $16,000 per unit they build. The bill won’t get “eaten up,” it will just be built into the price of a mortgage or rent. Don’t think this isn’t coming to you. Oregon already implemented a program in 2015 and some activists want a nationwide program. Could you imagine the implications for the rates of ride-sharing? They will certainly go up as the costs get passed down to you. Biden already approved just the study for this. Insane!

🚨WATCH: Gavin Newsom’s Fmr Chief of Staff Committed Wire Fraud Worth $225k. Just remember that before you vote. How do we know? The DOJ investigated and the FBI caught her! Somebody was paid for a “no show” job using dormant campaign funds. Now I’m at the building (J Edgar Hoover) where the work to end that was done. The Chief of Staff is being brought in on 23 federal charges. No more free rides! “Justice for all,” like the pledge of allegiance says. 🚨BREAKING: Election Irregularities in CA Could Be Explained By LA Voting Machine Breakdowns Back in 2020. Spencer Pratt is fighting for every vote in LA (odds of advancing now down to 17%) while Xavier Becerra “leads” in the slow-count governor race. Somehow he “advances” despite having a lower percentage of votes than Republican Steve Hilton. 🚨WATCH: CA Gas is Roughly $2.46/Gallon More Expensive on Average than Blue State Colorado. Some estimates say California’s gas is $5.89/gallon while Colorado’s is $3.85. But that is neither here nor there. How is this possible? Taxes and fees are the answer. While California imposes nearly $2/gallon, Colorado imposes roughly 30 cents/gallon. Mind you, Colorado’s excise tax has remained unchanged since 1991 at 22 cents/gallon. California’s currently sits at 61.2 cents/gallon and has increased every year. The difference between their excise fees is almost triple, yet California still somehow manages to have an AA- credit rating while Colorado has an AA credit rating. So, the solution to budget problems might have little to do with taxing citizens into oblivion. California will do this with yet another excise tax increase in July. Though Colorado imposes 0.6 cents on a gallon of gas for an environmental surcharge, at least they don’t have any ongoing consideration to do a per-mile tax. Gavin Newsom says he wouldn’t sign one, but that’s only to save face for his 2028 hopes. Elon Musk is right. California is indeed one giant learing center.

🚨BREAKING: Mai Vang, the councilwoman refusing to pledge allegiance, allowed 83 new city fees to be added in Sacramento. How can we vote for her in Congressional District 7 when she not only is disloyal to the country, but also made zero noise when the following fees were added: 1. Electric Sign Permit (for businesses): Jumped from $30 to $216 (a ~620% increase). One of the largest percentage hikes. 2. Boot (Wheel Clamp) Removal Fee: Raised to $150. 3. Micro-Homes / Supported Housing Fee (for formerly homeless residents): New charge of up to 30% of gross income after 90 days in the program. 4. Lost Parking Ticket Fee (in city garages): New or adjusted fees ranging from $30 to $37. 5. EV Charging Overstay Fee: New $5 per hour for exceeding posted time limits at city stations. The answer is clear. Mai Vang will not be fiscally responsible in Congress as she was against program cuts to manage a giant deficit. Her parents fled during the communist Laotian war to come here and she has no ounce of gratitude for the political position she was placed in.
