Today, in my capacity as a ZANU-PF Central Committee member, I joined fellow comrades at Gaza Primary School in Ward 6, Chipinge Central Constituency, for the critical National Cell Verification exercise. This remains a cornerstone initiative for our revolutionary party, ensuring a meticulous and robust audit of our grassroots membership. I extend my sincere gratitude to my Cell Group Chairman for granting me the platform to address and engage with our dedicated party cadres. It was profoundly inspiring to witness the vibrant revolutionary fervor of our members as they chanted and sang, “2030 ndeyaEmmerson." Indeed, Constitution Amendment Bill No. 3 (CAB3) is progressing seamlessly through its legislative stages and now awaits Presidential assent—a testament to a process that is genuinely people-driven and reflective of the popular will. Furthermore, I pledged my unwavering commitment to working hand-in-hand with our Cell Group Chairman and grassroots leadership to uplift and transform the livelihoods of our people at the foundational level. True leadership is anchored in community, and indeed, charity begins at home. #2030NdeyaEmmerson #CABZVAYENDWA

The Presidential Hospital Renovation Programme has officially moved to the Parirenyatwa Main Hospital, marking a major milestone in the national effort to upgrade health infrastructure and elevate standards of patient care. The extension of the Presidential Hospital Renovation Programme to Parirenyatwa Main Hospital represents a critical step forward in modernizing the country's public healthcare infrastructure. As the core facility of Zimbabwe's largest referral and teaching medical complex, the Main Hospital handles a massive volume of specialized and tertiary cases. Years of heavy usage have taken a toll on its physical structure, making targeted interventions essential to restore its capacity to deliver world-class medical services. This phase of the renovation initiative focuses on rehabilitating key wards, upgrading diagnostic and surgical equipment, and improving overall institutional efficiency at the Main Hospital. By addressing structural bottlenecks and integrating modern medical technologies, the project aims to create a more conducive environment for both patients and healthcare professionals. We are taking notes from President ED Mnangagwa, who is a great farmer at Pricabe Farm. My visit to Pricabe Farm helped shape me into the farmer I am today at Mount Carmel Farm. President ED Mnangagwa always teaches us that Nyika Inovakwa Nevene Vayo. We are proving the colonialists wrong, who claimed Black Zimbabweans could not be great farmers. However shocking the records may be to them, the statistics speak for themselves: Zimbabwe harvested a record-breaking 639,942 metric tonnes of winter wheat, representing a 13% increase from previous national records and ensuring total domestic self-sufficiency. Zimbabwe's tobacco sector achieved an all-time high output of over 352.7 million kilograms, generating over US$1.17 billion in export revenue and solidifying our position as Africa's top tobacco exporter. National blueberry production reached 8,000 metric tonnes, with export volumes growing to over 4,090 metric tonnes serving high-value international markets in Europe and Asia. #Vision2030 #EDleadWeFollow

Yesterday, I had the privilege of officially commissioning the Presidential Borehole Drilling Scheme in Cowdray Park, Bulawayo. This solar-powered borehole initiative—running under the theme “ #MvuraKuvanhu / #WaterToThePeople / #AmanziEbantwini” and incorporating a nutritional garden project, serves as tangible evidence of how the national community development programs spearheaded by His Excellency, President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, are meaningfully transforming livelihoods across the nation. This commissioning marks the official launch of an extensive borehole drilling rollout slated for Bulawayo Province. While the landmark Lake Gwayi-Shangani Dam project progresses steadily toward a permanent solution, with structural completion now surpassing 74 percent under the President’s targeted infrastructure drive, this borehole scheme provides a critical interim intervention to alleviate immediate water challenges. Reflecting a shared commitment to community welfare, the event was strictly non-partisan. We were honored to bring together leaders from across the political spectrum, including ZANU-PF Bulawayo Provincial Chairman Cde Jabulani Sibanda alongside Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) officials, including CCC National Organizing Secretary Hon. Badza, as well as local Members of Parliament and Councillors. Demonstrating a further commitment to social support, His Excellency also extended a generous allocation of 2,000 food hampers to vulnerable families within the Cowdray Park community. Upon my arrival, I was deeply moved by the reception of thousands of residents gathered in solidarity. A profound expression of public sentiment was evident through the numerous placards supporting the Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 (CAB3). The data clearly demonstrates that this bill is a genuine, citizen-driven initiative; of the parliamentary submissions, over 500,000 expressed absolute support. This data serves as definitive confirmation that CAB3 represents the collective will of the people rather than an individual agenda. #CAB3 #Vision2030

“ Good evening. My name is Mohammed Alabar. I am from the United Emirates, from the city of Dubai. My business is in the city of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and I operate also my real estate business and food business across about 20 countries in the Middle East and Europe as well. My business focuses on 3 main sectors. Real estate, but in my real estate business I do hotels, shopping malls, apartment buildings, golf courses, villas. So that's the mix of my real estate business in over 18 countries. I have quite a large food business in about 14 countries in the Middle East between food manufacturing and and restaurants. We operate more than about 3,000 restaurants in the area. And my third business is the technology business where we have one of the largest e-commerce and food delivery companies in the Middle East. I started, first I started my real estate business and, you know, I do remember that as a child, we grew up with my 13 brothers and sisters in one room with my parents. So that one-room environment, I think, makes you a better human being. You understand the value of success and the value of real estate as well. So, you know, when you really look at the relationship I have with His Excellency the President, who's a dear friend, someone I respect his leadership, and his vision. It was really interesting that I was able to meet with him this time. My interest in Zimbabwe, first of all, it's the beauty of the country. The beauty of the country comes from the country itself, its landscape, its rivers, its land. But the more beautiful part is that the friends I have in Zimbabwe. The Zimbabwean people are very incredible people. Well-educated, well-mannered, great, great, great people, very productive. And I really believe that, you know, what makes a country special, not only its beauty or its natural resources, it's human talent. And I really believe that, you know, the talent that exists in Zimbabwe is something that's really very special. My interest is purely going to focus on on development, that is hospitality, the hotels industry, large site for real estate, entertainment, you know, farming is a big business that I do in some of my agriculture business as well. So it's a combination between farming and real estate, but on a larger scale. And I really think that's such an honour to be able to really But what really makes development very important for me personally is that I don't think investment is about profitability only. Of course, you have to make profit, but I really think that the contribution— I discovered the contribution of the development we do on society, on job creation, on training, on paying taxes to the government, and for businesses to start in the country is something that's very, very close to my heart. And I've done this in many cities, including Dubai, of course, and Abu Dhabi. And I really think that, you know, if we don't partner with the local people and they benefit as well through creating new businesses, creating new jobs, training young people, it's something very, very close to my heart. So in all the 18 countries where I operate, All of my talent in all of these countries is all local talent. They're really brilliant. They learn, they excel, they become more valuable human beings. They make better salaries for themselves and for their families. And I really hope that, you know, with the great talent that exists in Zimbabwe, that is something that I can really participate in. It's very close to my heart. And I can't wait. I'm planning to possibly towards the end of the month of September that I promised His Excellency the President that I would like to bring in a few of my friends and family. And for the— I think for the 4th time, I come and enjoy the beauty of Zimbabwe and its people. Thank you”, business billionaire, Mohammed Alabar

Today marks an important milestone in our national journey toward universal access to clean and safe water. I officially opened the Presidential Borehole Drilling Scheme in Marondera on behalf of President E.D. Mnangagwa. We celebrate yet another demonstration of His Excellency, President Dr. Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa’s unwavering commitment to improving the lives of all Zimbabweans. This initiative is part of the President’s broader vision to ensure that every community has reliable access to clean water, in line with Vision 2030, the priorities outlined in NDS1 and NDS2, and the global aspirations of the Sustainable Development Goals. While these boreholes provide immediate relief to our communities, they are also a temporary measure as Government advances long‑term, sustainable solutions to the urban water crisis through major projects such as Kunzvi Dam and other strategic water infrastructure developments across the country. I am particularly encouraged by the spirit of unity displayed here today. The presence of officials from across the political spectrum, including representatives from the CCC, among them the Mayor of Marondera-speaks volumes about the growing bipartisan cooperation among Zimbabweans. This is how nations are built: through shared purpose, mutual respect, and collective responsibility. More boreholes will be drilled across all provinces as we continue to operationalize the President’s mantra of “leaving no one and no place behind.” This is not just a slogan; it is a guiding principle that shapes every national programme under the Second Republic. As we stand only four days away from the first reading of CAB3 in Parliament, I encourage all Zimbabweans to continue supporting this historic piece of legislation. Many have noted that the number seven carries deep spiritual significance in the Bible, symbolizing completeness. In that same spirit, let us approach this moment with unity, purpose, and faith in the future we are building together. Thank you, Marondera, for your warmth and support. #CAB3

Yesterday in Marondera during the Presidential Borehole Drilling scheme official unveiling, citizens expressed a clear and compelling vision: their focus is on development, not elections. This sentiment reflects a growing recognition that sustainable progress is achieved through investment in infrastructure, services, and livelihoods rather than prolonged political contestation. Having lived in the United Arab Emirates, I have witnessed firsthand how a nation can achieve remarkable transformation by channeling its energy into development. The UAE has built world-class infrastructure, diversified its economy, and elevated the quality of life for its people — all with limited emphasis on electoral processes. Their model demonstrates that when governance is anchored in delivery and efficiency, citizens benefit directly. For Zimbabwe, the message from Marondera is instructive. Communities are calling for reliable water supply, modern infrastructure, healthcare, education, and economic opportunities. These are the foundations of dignity and prosperity. Elections are important in any democracy, but they should not overshadow the urgent need for tangible progress. Policy must therefore prioritize development as the central pillar of governance. By focusing on service delivery, resource management, and inclusive growth, leadership can respond to the people’s call: progress before politics, development before elections. #CAB3Bhoo
