Excited to be a part of this ambitious program at Augusta Christian (GA). AC will be the first school to install “Feed the Cats” as the foundation of K-12 PE. In addition, FTC will be embraced in all sports. AC wants to become the model for other schools. The April 17th event will be open (and free) to anyone wishing to attend.

Always amazed me how well we executed the 23-Second Drill as our first lactate workout of the year. No aerobic-focused workouts, no laps, low-volume. All speed and power. Sprint-Lift-Jump-Bounce-Throw Get fit by stacking performance-level anaerobic work on a foundation of rest, recovery, and sleep.

Can’t thank Tony Villani enough for speaking at our SBF Clinic in Alabama. He’s the best in the business. 💥 Get your exposure to max velocity (2-3 times a week) 💥 Stop conditioning with sprinting! There’s nothing worse! There’s no return on investment. Zero! 💥 Condition with agility. 💥 Shave off 0.29 sec in “Roll 90” by CONTROLLING speed. 💥 Shave off 0.12 sec by taking better angle 💥 Tony Villani at age-49 ran 1.67 but when he ran full speed he only ran 2.08! 💥 NFL superstar Patrick Surtain ran 1.80 (not controlling speed, too fast into roll 90). 💥 Game speed is 12-17 mph. But, this doesn’t negate the importance of max velocity. 💥 “Max velocity is KING. Agility is QUEEN.” “Roll 90” ⤵️

First learned about Firefly Recovery at Les Spellman’s USR Speed Lab Summit in Texas. I was sold. Friday we have a 4-hour bus trip the Belleville West Invite. Several of our best athletes will be wearing Fireflys (increases blood flow). Aidan Connors wears Firefly before and after his races. Aidan has run the 3200 9:18 and 9:12 indoors. I had a great time speaking at Roxana HS last night. “Feed the Cats” seems to spreading to all their sports and to PE at all levels. 🏈 team is 19-4 last 2 seasons. RPR and Atomic Speed Workout (even on game days!). Strength & Speed! Record-Rank-Publish on steroids! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⤵️
