These reports detail the historic conviction and sentencing of Nigeria’s former Minister of Power, Saleh Mamman, for his role in a massive money laundering scheme. The court found that Mamman conspired to divert N33.8 billion intended for vital hydroelectric power projects into personal luxury real estate and private accommodations.
