Sony is losing BILLIONS in Nigeria, and Nigerian gamers don't feel bad about it. Let's be real, when one FIFA game costs ₦80,000 and Nigeria's minimum wage is ₦70,000, what do you expect us to do?! In this video, we're diving deep into the world of jailbroken PlayStation consoles in Nigeria — how it works, why everyone's doing it, and what Sony is (not) doing about it. We talked to real gamers, a console engineer, and even tried to reach Sony themselves. The results? Let's just say … Maybe Sony did not think of the Nigerian market.

Investigations have uncovered billions of naira funneled toward fake agencies, ghost projects, and religious buildings, which falls outside the federal government's legal mandate. Government departments are reportedly being used to siphon public funds through the procurement of luxury vehicles and irrelevant empowerment schemes while essential infrastructure remains neglected. To assuage the public angst over this, PREMIUM TIMES demands a critical review of this budget to excise its glaring dubious provisions. Otherwise, it would remain an indelible pointer to insensitive and profligate governance, robbing citizens of their taxes, and deepening the perverse culture of public treasury looting.

These reports detail the historic conviction and sentencing of Nigeria’s former Minister of Power, Saleh Mamman, for his role in a massive money laundering scheme. The court found that Mamman conspired to divert N33.8 billion intended for vital hydroelectric power projects into personal luxury real estate and private accommodations. Following a period as a fugitive, he was apprehended by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to begin a landmark 75-year prison sentence. This penalty is notably severe because the judge ordered the sentences for all twelve counts to run consecutively rather than concurrently.
