ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਮੀਲ ਪੱਥਰ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਹੱਤਿਆਵਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਾਈ-ਪ੍ਰੋਫਾਈਲ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਲਝਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਨਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਾਡੀ ਅਟੁੱਟ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਮੀਲ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ: ✅ 210 ਵੱਡੇ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ 8935 ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ✅ 1099 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ, 991 ਕਿਲੋ ਅਫੀਮ, 414 ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਭੁੱਕੀ, 2.94 ਲੱਖ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ/ਕੈਪਸੂਲ/ਟੀਕੇ/ਫਾਰਮਾ ਓਪੀਔਡਜ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ 14.73 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਡਰੱਗ ਮਨੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ✅ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ 335 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਇਦਾਦਾਂ ਜ਼ਬਤ ✅ 64 ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 559 ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ/ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਫੜੇ ਗਏ, 3 ਨੂੰ ਬੇਅਸਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ✅ 482 ਹਥਿਆਰ ਬਰਾਮਦ ✅ 66 ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ✅ 257 ਡਰੋਨ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਆਧੁਨਿਕੀਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ 28 ਨਵੇਂ ਸਾਈਬਰ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ, 4657 ਪੁਲਿਸ ਭਰਤੀ, ਅਤੇ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਉੱਨਤ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਸੜਕ ਸੁਰਖੀਆ ਫੋਰਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੜਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ 15.74% ਕਮੀ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਲਈ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਰਾਧਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਹੈ।
