Basketball is cool because you can tell Maxi and Luka have ran this a million times. Instantly recognize the defense icing the screen and position perfectly for the synced roll.

Asked Luka about the more "free flowing" offense with less pick and rolls: "I like my pick and rolls. It's going to be a lot of off ball. I've been playing more off ball even, last year. It's good to get off the ball, and just flow in the offense."

Asked Bronny about the balance of being on ball here vs the parent team. “I'm trying to focus now on bettering myself off the ball. Me and JJ have talked about all the ball handlers on the parent team, so I have to learn how to be effective off the ball. Have a .5 mentality."

I asked Koloko about playing with Bron and Luka: “The other day we played 5’s with Luka. It’s just amazing how good he is. His vision for the game. He just plays at his own pace…I’m really excited about it. Learning from two HOFers. Luka 25 but he’s for sure going to be HOFer.

Carr on his defense: "Got to step up and be more consistent..be ahead of it, on time and be in the right spots so I'm not messing up for these guys. Nobody wants to go out there and guard their butt off for 20 seconds, and the dude that messes up is the dude that just got here"
