Apparently, requiring photo ID &amp; proof of U.S. citizenship to vote is a “brazen attempt to strip the voting rights of transimmigrant and women voters.” Democrats will say just about anything to defend their opposition to the SAVE America Act.

If the NFA registry no longer records the payment of a tax on $0 taxed firearms, then it exists solely to register the firearms themselves. This directly conflicts with the Firearm Owners’ Protection Act. END NFA REGISTRATION.

Let’s be clear about what Flock cameras are all about: Mass government surveillance.

$0 NFA tax = ZERO NFA registration. While litigation on this matter is ongoing, Americans’ tax dollars shouldn’t be used to fund invalidated NFA requirements.

The NFA should be eliminated completely. Yet budget reconciliation gives us a rare opportunity to take a chunk out of it by removing the tax &amp; registration on suppressors &amp; short-barreled firearms. We must keep these 2A victories in the One Big Beautiful Bill.

I’m fighting for the 2A wins that the American people demand and deserve. NFA taxation and registration are inseparably linked. We can—and must—eliminate both.

UPDATE: The FY27 CJS appropriations bill PASSED out of Subcommittee this morning. This bill includes key wins to protect and restore our Second Amendment rights. Next stop: Full Appropriations Committee.

When the DOJ defends unconstitutional gun regulations and the ATF is weaponized against Americans, the government has betrayed its founding purpose. That’s why the FY27 CJS appropriations bill defunds and repeals ALL Biden-era gun control.

Through the One Big Beautiful Bill, Congress intended to repeal NFA registration by zeroing out the NFA tax. There is no legal standing for registration without taxation. Our intent must be adopted by the DOJ. Let’s end this unconstitutional infringement once and for all.

The American people didn’t give Republicans a mandate to continue the Swamp’s status quo of 1,500+ page unpaid-for spending bills. I’m a hard NO.

It’s been one month since the House passed the SAVE America Act. The Senate needs to get to work.

REMINDER: 213 House Democrats used their congressional photo ID to vote against voter ID. The height of hypocrisy. PASS THE SAVE AMERICA ACT.

At 2AM, Leader Thune passed (by voice vote!) a DHS funding bill without ICE &amp; CBP funding, a Plant Month resolution, and an Asbestos Awareness Week resolution. Then kicked off a 2 week recess. What about the SAVE America Act? What about ICE &amp; CBP? Americans deserve better.
