She responds that it's "pending litigation" which is technically true. However, it's only true because her DOJ hasn't dropped their support of it in court. Earlier this week they made one of the, if not the, most aggressive cases ever in court *IN FAVOR* of keeping SBRs/SBSs/suppressors/etc... on the NFA despite the tax being removed by congress (the NFA is a tax, so if there's no tax then...) earlier this year.
