Goated exercise list These are the lifts I prioritize and that give the most bang for your buck imo → Chest: Incline DB press → Back: Weighted pull ups / lat pulldown → Shoulders: Standing OHP → Biceps: Cable curls with the pulley behind you → Triceps: Overhead extensions → Quads: Hack squat → Hamstrings: Stiff leg DB deadlifts → Traps: Heavy BB shrugs → Calves: Standing calf raises Anything you’d add or get rid of?

First Half Marathon — 1:41:17 21.48km at 4:43/km pace Some recap on yesterday First of all, I loved the whole experience, the challenge, the flow state you hit when you’re deep into the race It’s a feeling I haven’t had before Now I fully get why people get addicted to running In terms of strategy, I didn’t really have one lol, I didn’t focus on pacing, just focused on total time and pushing myself. Simpler that way for me. Just a bit of cardio in the bank and the decision to go hard and get across the finish line as fast as possible I find what helps me the most is just zoning out and getting into kind of a hypnotised state, where you don’t realise what you’re doing I also didn’t keep checking the distance to see how long I had left, just had a killer playlist on and was enjoying the views Future plans: When I crossed the line and thought about having to do that again for a full marathon I couldn’t wrap my head around it But then again, a year ago I could not have imagined doing this, I guess things seem out of reach until you do them
