Don’t see enough love for Seal Rows on the timeline These are one of my favourite back exercises because your chest is supported, so you can’t use your lower back or swing the weight to cheat the rep Which means your upper back and lats have to do almost all of the work It’s one of the easiest rows to progress because every rep starts from the same position, making it much harder to fool yourself into thinking you’re getting stronger by using momentum Also this is hard to explain, maybe it’s just me, but seal rows have a completely different feel to any other row Even though the movement pattern is similar to a seated chest-supported row Lying face down changes the whole sensation It feels like you’re pulling the weight straight up into your body rather than back towards you It’s one of those exercises that just feels amazing lol Seal row supremacy

If I can get more people to lift weights and track what they eat, my job here will be complete People love looking for the advanced stuff The perfect split The perfect diet The perfect stack But the two biggest levers you can pull are v simple: Lift weights consistently and become proficient at the basic movements + Track your food long enough to actually understand what and how much you’re eating You don’t have to track forever Think of it like stabilisers on a bike, do it properly for 6 months and you’ll learn more about calories, protein and portion sizes than years of guessing Then take the stabilisers off Track + Lift Get those two right for long enough and you’ll see mad progress

Goated exercise list These are the lifts I prioritize and that give the most bang for your buck imo → Chest: Incline DB press → Back: Weighted pull ups / lat pulldown → Shoulders: Standing OHP → Biceps: Cable curls with the pulley behind you → Triceps: Overhead extensions → Quads: Hack squat → Hamstrings: Stiff leg DB deadlifts → Traps: Heavy BB shrugs → Calves: Standing calf raises Anything you’d add or get rid of?
