But I want you to see my surroundings—encampments in every single direction. City of Los Angeles can't clean the streets but sure can extort $70 a pop from those of us who aren't drug addicts.

I was under the impression…municipal code agrees...taking recyclables out of a resident's blue bin in order to collect fees for yourself is a petty crime. Just passed a guy in a nice Ford Explorer scavenging through every blue bin on the street. Why is this tolerated?

The banning of plastic bags radicalized me. Because I knew immediately that this would make zero difference in the environment (there is still plastic everywhere in the same grocery store that won't allow you to use it as a bag.) The ban makes a huge difference to moms and shoppers without cars or who take public transport. Everything California Democratic Party meddles in makes daily life harder. Everything.

Are you a Republican or conservative in Los Angeles who didn't vote in the primary election? 642,299 registered Los Angeles Republicans voters didn't toss a ballot in the mail. My question: why not? Another question: what would it take to get you to vote? This caller clearly didn't do his homework so thought Spencer Pratt wasn't up to the job (spoiler alert—he was!)
