It’s dad’s birthday today. I reached out to some of his old friends; men who’ve known him for 60–70 years. Listening to their memories gave me goosebumps. What a life. What a man. Loved and respected by all. Feeling deeply blessed to be his son.

Running on treadmill is such a boring activity but the joy of running keeps me going. It’s a shame that we can’t go outdoors in NCR because of pollution and live in a cocoon with air purifiers.
