A small-town boy from one of the poorest districts, who had never seen a factory, now heading a state-of-the-art precision engineering plant. The journey had everything. A steel trader fooled me for two years. My first ₹2 lakh loan needed two guarantors, and neither would sign. Then our first export lot was rejected.But most were good people. Mentors. Friends, Engineers, fellow entrepreneurs. And Srinathji, whose blessings I have felt at every step. Even today, challenges remain. But manufacturing teaches resilience. You keep solving one problem after another. My faith is simple: He created the problem, He will show me the way out. I know how lucky I have been to meet the right people at the right time. I never take that for granted.

For our wedding anniversary, we were supposed to fly to mainland Vietnam and Danang, but the night before we realised we needed a visa and had forgotten. So we changed everything, routed through Bangkok, and stayed awake the whole night in airport terminals before finally reaching Phu Quoc. And somehow, that messy journey made the sunset over the Gulf of Thailand feel even more like a quiet gift.
