IBM CEO on leaked video: “Executives lose bonus money if underrepresented minority numbers drop 1%… and earn bonuses if they rise 1%.” Now IBM just paid **$17 MILLION** to the DOJ for exactly this — race/sex-based DEI hiring discrimination on federal contracts. $17M is a literal rounding error for a **$67.5 billion** company with **$10.6 billion** in 2025 profit. At the same time, IBM is one of the TOP users of H-1B and OPT visas. American grads can’t get in the door while the CEO rigs bonuses to import and promote “diversity” over merit. He dropped out of school in 2023, overstayed his student visa, then acted as a courier in an international elder fraud ring — draining retirement accounts, stealing cash & gold, with co-conspirators back in India. They’ll call this another “isolated incident.” How many grandmas and grandpas have to lose their life savings before we admit the F-1/student visa pipeline is wide open to abuse? Behind the scenes in tech recruiting, emails like this are everywhere. This staffing firm claims they have 220+ developers “on the bench.” Many listed as H-1B / OPT / H-4 EAD. Let’s think about that. Are we supposed to believe a small staffing company is: • Paying 220 tech salaries • While they sit with no client project • And none of the H-1B workers exceed the 60-day grace period if they aren’t actively employed?
