Tonight Ukrainian OWA-UAV's successfully struck and have severely damaged the Toropets Northeast Ammunition Depot which has seen significant expansion since the declassified June 1965 report by the National Photographic Interpretation Center now known as the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. The data right now indicates that there is significant damage to the newer expansions of the depot, primarily among the reinforced ammunition bunkers on the eastern side of the facility along with several of the original 150' x 40' storage buildings and among the barracks and administrative buildings by the depot entrance on the Northern side of the depot.

65th Mechanized Brigade Ronin has struck Russian Rail again attacking a train in Molochansk. What made this attack interesting is this is now the first instance of seeing Russia deploy EW countermeasures on freight rail going through the area. For some reason they continue not to utilize the armored trains which the Russian ministry of defense have designed to do this exact job. It seems they are still afraid of actually using and losing their armored trains. The Russians have also put a flat car back in front of the lead locomotive to absorb any mines and IEDs on the tracks which has been a while since we've seen this.

This is the September 2nd 2025 strike that the Washington Post article is referring to Following the initial strike which is the 29 second video below reportedly carried out by the U.S. Navy’s SEAL Team 6, a live drone feed showed that 2 of the 11 crew and reported victims of human trafficking onboard the vessel had survived and were clinging to the burning wreck, leading the commander of the operation to order a second strike to comply with the instructions given by Secretary Hegseth. The order, to show no quarter. Vice Adm. Frank M. Bradley, who at the time was the Commander of Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), gave the order to carry out the second strike, telling others on a secure conference call that the survivors were still legitimate targets because they could theoretically call other traffickers to retrieve them and their cargo.

Reported damage includes: -Destruction of a traction substation and an open-air fuel and lubricants storage area -Damage to TSZP-2500/10 series equipment used to control electric locomotives -Destruction of a firefighting train and auxiliary rolling stock (including 1 diesel locomotive and 2 flatcars carrying spare parts) -Disruption of communication lines linking the depot to the central dispatch hub Nizhnedneprovsk-Uzel is one of Ukraine’s largest marshalling yards and plays a critical role in military logistics for routes leading to Kharkiv, Pavlohrad, Synelnykove, and further forward to Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk, and Sloviansk. This is the type of strike Ukraine should be conducting on Russian Railyards it is great to see that Ukraine has stepped up its attacks on Russian rail, but they have not been concentrating their attacks on ideal infrastructure. The Russians have done better in this regard. NASA Firms shows that the drones successfully struck and caused large fire to the Locomotive Depot.
