I have a lot of respect for Amb Koki Muli. Esp when she founded and successfully ran Institute of Education in Democracy. She contributed so much in building the capacity of IEBC as we know it today. Knowing her, and regardless of what people claim against her, she is a strong personality who would add a lot of value on the Selection Panel. I have no idea who the other Mr Muli is. What I know: She is not motivated by either the hefty allowances and or influence the outcome of the final Commissioners. She is guided by patriotism. Blaming Kalonzo Musyoka could look sexy hit, esp from the State bloggers, but it’s fatally wrong It’s cheap and fashionable to blame her for the litigation. It’s her democratic right to be heard. The challenge is with the Judiciary- again for good reasons. Koki Muli does not run the Honorable Courts of Law! The only option available is for the AG to petition the Court for an early ruling date. The other one is for the Azimio Coalition to engage in mediation between the two Muli’s It’s, however, not an option to bully her and intimidate her. Knowing her strong conviction, that will not change anything. It will only enhance her bid to have the case kept in Court longer
