Can China completely stop the flow of the Brahmaputra into India? Not entirely. A significant share of the river's water is contributed by tributaries and monsoon rainfall after it enters India. However, experts note that China can still influence the timing of water flows through upstream reservoirs and dams, especially during the dry season, and by controlling the sharing of hydrological data. China is also building a massive hydropower project near the Great Bend of the Brahmaputra, close to the Indian border. At the same time, India is accelerating dam and infrastructure projects in the Brahmaputra basin to strengthen its own water security. As rivers become increasingly important in regional strategy, could water management emerge as one of Asia's most significant geopolitical challenges? #China #india #Bangladesh #brahmaputrariver #flood

A video showing the flags of India, the United States, and Israel being burned is being widely shared on social media with the claim that it was filmed in Iran. However, a detailed fact check found that the claim is false. Reverse image searches, location matching, and publicly available videos indicate that the footage was actually recorded during a procession in Karachi, Pakistan, not in Iran. Investigators matched buildings visible in the video with Muhammad Ali Jinnah Road in Karachi and found the same banners and landmarks in other videos and social media posts from the event. The available evidence does not support the claim that the incident took place in Iran. You should verify a viral claim before forwarding it to others. #iran #india #Pakistan #karachi #fakenews #FactCheck

Has Chandrayaan-3 uncovered evidence that has brought a 40-year-old lunar mystery back into the spotlight? A new ISRO study reveals that the soil analyzed by the Pragyan Rover at the Shiv Shakti Point has a chemical composition strikingly similar to ALHA 81005, the world's first confirmed lunar meteorite discovered in Antarctica in 1981–82. The study does not suggest that the meteorite came from the same location where Chandrayaan-3 landed. Instead, it indicates that both samples represent a similar magnesium-rich lunar crust. Even more exciting, Pragyan found signs that the soil contains material from the Moon's deep interior, brought to the surface by ancient meteor impacts billions of years ago. Could this discovery change our understanding of how the Moon was formed? #Chandrayaan3 #chandrayaan3mission #MoonMission #pragyanrover #ISRO

A new report has revealed a fascinating claim from a rescued US F-15 crew member who allegedly encountered a highly coordinated formation of Iranian drones during the Iran conflict. According to the pilot, the drones flew in a synchronized pattern resembling a giant jellyfish, raising questions about the possibility of advanced swarm warfare capabilities. If accurate, the sighting could point to a sophisticated "meshed networking" system, where multiple drones share data and operate as a single coordinated network rather than as individual aircraft. Such capabilities could significantly change the future of drone warfare and air combat. While US intelligence agencies have not confirmed the claim, the report has sparked fresh debate about the true extent of Iran's drone technology. #iran #IranWar #f15strikeeagle #drone #DroneStrike

Russia continues to use UMPK-equipped FAB guided bombs in Ukraine, allowing aircraft like the Su-34 to launch precision strikes from long distances while reducing exposure to enemy air defenses. Among them, the FAB-3000 is one of Russia's heaviest conventional aerial bombs, designed to deliver a large explosive payload against fortified targets. Battlefield claims from either side, however, often require independent verification. Do you think low-cost guided glide bombs will become one of the most important air-to-ground weapons in future conflicts? #russia #ukraine #Su34 #Bomb #RussiaUkraine

Pakistan’s reported Fatah-4 missile test has triggered massive debate across Indian social media, with claims that Delhi, Jammu, Amritsar, and several major cities fall within its 750 KM range. But modern warfare is not decided by range alone. The real question is: can the missile actually survive India’s layered air defence network? The Fatah-4 is believed to be a low-flying cruise missile capable of terrain-hugging flight designed to avoid radar detection. However, India’s defence architecture is specifically built to track and intercept exactly these kinds of threats. This is why strategic experts argue that simply drawing a 750 KM circle on a map does not reflect real battlefield reality. In modern warfare, offensive capability matters but defensive architecture matters just as much. #Pakistan #missiles #MissileStrike #MissileLaunch #Fatah4 #indianarmy

Turkey and India are separated by more than 4,000 kilometers and share neither a border nor a direct military rivalry. Yet, strategic observers are increasingly discussing India's growing presence in regions traditionally linked to Turkish interests. In recent years, India has strengthened ties with countries such as Greece, Cyprus, and Israel—nations that have their own strategic disagreements with Turkey. At the same time, Indian naval deployments and exercises in the Mediterranean have highlighted New Delhi's expanding geopolitical reach beyond the Indian Ocean. This does not necessarily mean India is pursuing a policy aimed at Turkey. However, it does reflect a broader trend: India's diplomatic, military, and economic influence is increasingly extending into regions far beyond South Asia. As global power dynamics evolve, partnerships and strategic alignments may prove just as important as military strength. #turkey #India #Pakistan #Israel #middleeast #greece

A newly circulated satellite image near the Air Force Academy at Dundigal, Hyderabad, has sparked speculation that a structure resembling India's Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) may have been spotted. There is currently no official confirmation that the object is related to the AMCA programme. It could be a mock-up, a test article, a radar evaluation model, or something entirely unrelated. However, the image has attracted attention because AMCA is India's flagship effort to develop an indigenous 5th-generation stealth fighter. For now, though, the satellite image remains a mystery rather than proof. #amca #fighterjet #jet #india #indianairforce #airforce

A viral footage from Gaza is highlighting a critical reality of modern warfare. In the video, fighters from Al-Qassam Brigades are seen targeting a Merkava tank using a close-range explosive device. Reports suggest the use of a “Shawaz” IED, believed to function like an Explosively Formed Penetrator (EFP) designed to penetrate armored vehicles by focusing explosive energy into a high-speed metal jet. Despite advanced protection systems and surveillance, even modern tanks can be vulnerable at close range, especially in dense urban environments. This incident shows how low-cost, improvised weapons can challenge high-tech military systems. It’s a reminder that in today’s conflicts, strategy and positioning can matter as much as technology. #iran #IranWar #HamasIsISIS #Israel #GazaHumanitarianCrisis #GazaCrisis

Recent footage from Moscow appears to show Russian soldiers firing MANPADS at Ukrainian drones, with several missiles reportedly failing to hit their targets. The reason may be simple: most shoulder-fired air defence missiles were designed to track the heat signatures of aircraft and helicopters. Small drones generate far less heat, making them much harder to detect and engage. The Russia–Ukraine war has highlighted a growing reality of modern warfare: stopping a small, low-cost drone can sometimes be harder than intercepting a fighter jet. #russia #ukraine #missiles #drones #DroneStrike
