Tourists visiting Vancouver are shocked. They come from normal cities without radical pro-drug experiments, and they are shocked and appalled by what they see on our streets here. The NDP have turned Vancouver, the most beautiful city in the world, into a national embarrassment. Tourists are openly sharing their disappointment after witnessing open drug use, street disorder, and feeling unsafe in areas that should showcase the best of British Columbia. This is gross incompetence on full display. Under the NDP, everything related to public safety is suffering. We need real solutions now. Expanded compassionate involuntary care for those trapped in addiction and severe mental health crises. A justice system that actually holds offenders accountable. And strong, well-supported police forces empowered to restore order. We need to clean up this NDP-created mess and make our cities safe.

Another NDP attempt to DEFLECT BLAME: David Eby is blaming the court for his government failing to argue EXTINGUISHMENT in the Cowichan tribes case. I’m sorry Premier, YOU implemented that strategic directive in 2019 as Attorney General. Thanks to YOU, Richmond residents face an emergency as to whether they still own their homes. This case will set a precedent for many homes across BC and Canada. WHOSE HOME IS NEXT?

Frightening scenarios like this rundown SRO on Granville Street are exactly why so many neighbourhoods across British Columbia are protesting the NDP’s so-called “supportive housing.” Despite the comforting name, these facilities too often lack real treatment, remain far from drug-free, and end up concentrating chaos, crime, and human suffering in our communities. The NDP continues to push this ideological model while ignoring the evidence and the voices of residents who have to live with the consequences. It is time for real solutions that actually support recovery and public safety, not more taxpayer-funded failures that make the problem worse.

SHOCKING: NDP MLA Stephanie Higginson says she won’t support the Drug Use Prevention Education in Schools Act because she finds “explicitly discouraging drug use” to be “deeply concerning”. I find it deeply concerning that this government can’t put their radical ideology aside for a single second to protect BC school kids from life-destroying drugs.

An elderly woman attacked for her jewelry in broad daylight. The NDP calls this a “complex social issue.” I call it criminal violence. As Premier, I will lock up repeat offenders and restore real consequences. Public safety isn’t optional. I will restore law, restore consequences, and restore confidence in British Columbia. #bcpoli

🚨 BREAKING: LAWYERS are now being TARGETED in BC’s EXTORTION crisis. The NDP has completely lost control of public safety. I’m demanding EXTORTION be UPGRADED to a TERRORISM OFFENCE. It’s time we treat these FOREIGN THUGS like the terrorists they are. My press release 👇

David Eby tried to dismiss Pierre Poilievre’s visit to Richmond as just a YouTube clip. That’s the kind of arrogance British Columbians have come to expect from this NDP government. Pierre was in Richmond announcing a real plan to protect private property rights and that’s something homeowners are deeply concerned about. Instead of listening, the NDP mocks British Columbians and calls their concerns “fear-mongering” simply because Conservatives are standing up with solutions. Private property rights are fundamental. They must be protected at the highest level. It’s time this provincial government started governing for all British Columbians.

A woman loses her leg in a serious car accident and under the NDP’s so-called “Enhanced Care” system, it’s still not considered a catastrophic injury. Think about that. This is what happens when government strips away the right to fair compensation and replaces it with bureaucracy and limits. British Columbians were promised better care. Instead, they got fewer rights and less accountability. If losing a limb isn’t catastrophic, what is? 📷CKPGToday

David Eby and the NDP are feeling the anger from British Columbians over this government’s absolute disregard for property rights. Many of my constituents were thrown under the bus by the NDP decision not to argue extinguishment. David Eby is now in damage control mode, secretly sending a high-paid political staffer to engage with my constituents behind my back. The NDP secrecy and backroom deals must stop. Homeowners deserve respect, transparency and guaranteed property rights.

BREAKING: Realtors fear becoming extortion targets for their success in BC. Recently a Realtor reached out to me to share that a realty brokerage postponed its awards gala because realtors feared becoming targets for their success. I’ve been sounding the alarm for months: this extortion crisis is not just a public safety failure — it’s an economic threat. When businesses are too afraid to celebrate success, promote themselves, or grow, jobs, investment, and livelihoods are at risk. Now we are seeing victims having to defend themselves and their livelihoods, families, and businesses. Why has the NDP government failed to support victims and their businesses?

🚨Premier Eby keeps claiming he’s on Team Canada, but the REST OF CANADA wants NOTHING to do with him. Other Provinces and even the Federal Government are keeping him at a DISTANCE for a reason — his FAILED leadership is becoming a MAJOR LIABILITY for BC’s economy.

Premier Eby KNEW the risks of his ideological refusal to argue aboriginal title extinguishment — but he pushed ahead anyway. The NDP has abandoned homeowners and thrown open the land claim floodgates. This won’t just affect Richmond — a dangerous precedent has been set for BC and Canada.

More than 16,000 British Columbians have died from the drug overdose crisis over the past decade. The fight against drugs, is personal to me— I lost a close family member to substance use issues years ago, and that loss stays with you. We’ve also all been to funerals where we’re told someone in their 30s died of a ‘heart attack’ — but in truth, the cardiac arrest was caused by an overdose. We need to have an honest discussion about what’s really happening. That’s why I brought forward the private member bill titled Drug Use Prevention Education in Schools Act. This bill will give young people the facts, early, so they never start using in the first place. We can’t keep reacting to the crisis. We have to prevent it. And that starts with education.

🚨Indigenous law expert, Tom Isaac, says it plainly: reconciliation needs a BOOMING economy. Yet Premier Eby’s NDP is killing PIPELINES, FORESTRY, and MINING — the very industries that pay the bills. Now add this: 95% of BC is under land claims, and the NDP is ACCELERATING them — and the uncertainty hitting PRIVATE PROPERTY— with NO fiscal plan.

🚨YOUR PRIVATE PROPERTY IS UNDER THREAT Most of British Columbia is covered in land claims. Private property is the foundation of our society, economy, and standard of living. Undermine it, and everything will collapse. Every available option must be on the table. If BC requires a Section 43 Constitutional Amendment to protect private property, then the Premier and Attorney General have a duty to do this NOW.

BREAKING: This evening, the NDP voted down my bill, the Drug Use Prevention Education In Schools Act. The entire NDP caucus voted against educating BC school kids on the harms of drug use. Instead, this government will continue handing out colourful flashcards advertising drugs and brainwashing school kids.

🚨From GROUND ZERO of the COWICHAN DECISION in RICHMOND, let me be clear: The Attorney General and Premier have FAILED my constituents — and they know it. A high-level EBY operative has been hand delivering letters NOW to families whose PRIVATE PROPERTY is on the line… yet they blame the courts for not notifying them SIX YEARS AGO? If you can serve letters now, you could have served them then. This isn’t law — it’s political damage control. And I’M DONE WITH IT. Attorney General Sharma. Premier Eby. ADMIT YOUR FAULT. RESIGN.

🚨NO PROPERTY RIGHTS mean NO ECONOMY. That’s the reality under Premier David Eby’s NDP: Banks HESITATE. Investors FLEE. Sales STAGNATE. BC families are LEFT HOLDING THE BAG. The NDP offers spin and token assurances — nothing more. We can’t have Aboriginal Title on Private Property FULL STOP. BC needs certainty, confidence, and Conservatives in government.

🚨FACTS MATTER Premier Eby, as Attorney General, RAMMED Section 8.1 of the Interpretation Act through committee stage with just 14 MINUTES of debate in 2021. AG Critic Michael De Jong KC was SILENCED from probing its TRUE INTENT. Now a court decision has applied Section 8.1 and Land Title Act protections for PRIVATE PROPERTY have been stripped, exposing landowners to ABORIGINAL TITLE claims. And Premier Eby is DODGING questions on why an opportunity wasn’t provided to explain Section 8.1's TRUE INTENT. What is he hiding?
