My reverse hyper l purchased from Louie in 1994. In 2000, l modified the pendulum arm. Cut out a section of the arm & replaced with chain. Total game changer. Got the idea from Lou as well. After all these yrs it still delivers. Great QL builder.

Weighted Spanish Squats. This was back when l was about 360. Knees were riddled with debris but methods like the weighted SS’s staved off immediate surgery. This is used to help rehab ACL repair. Imagine using it to as a strength method? For linemen? This strap is static.

Been at these since 2009. In 2011 l finally realized my dreams. Lowerlumbar herniations affect everyone differently. Plus you have a marriage for life. I am in my 60’s now & 30-45 min every training session is dedicated to preventing ‘episodes’ from reoccurring. Fix yourself.

Been doing these daily to prepare. Banded good morning warm ups were a staple. After l herniated my L4-L5 in ‘09, l must consider lowerback sheer. By adding a band l can do these LB things worry free. RDL’s. Swings. Deads. Assblasters. The FatFormance band enhances any of these.
