A Muslim man was simply crossing the road when Delhi Police detained him and took his phone. When I objected to this, they tried to detain me too. I’m incredibly grateful to the journalist friends on the ground who stepped in and came to my rescue. HOW IS THIS BEHAVIOUR JUSTIFIED? BATAIYE MUJHE.

I am not putting up the 1,000 pictures of headless dead bodies, burnt bodies of children, and women who were raped and then killed, from my gallery in Manipur because ALL OF YOU WILL BE TRIGGERED. In fact, Bangladesh aur France ke violent logon ki bhi raaton ki neend ud jayegi aisi khatarnaak tasveerein INDIA me li hain maine 2023 se. Like those toxic fathers jo ghar me apni wives ko maarte hain aur baher bohot acchi image banake rakhte hain, waise hi ye sarkar andar desh kharaab karke, bass baher chavi sudharne me lagi hai, aur jo unhe unki WRONGDOINGS pe expose kare, unhe anti-national batane me lagi hai. Mujhe aapki political party ki chavi ki nahi, apne desh ke logon ki padi hai, isliye ye likh rahi hun. Jo log France-Bangladesh kar rahe hain naa, let me tell you, as a journalist who has spent the last three years in Manipur, that India crossed all levels of violence, brutality and security breakdown under BJP rule LONG, LONG BACK. France-Bangladesh don't even come close to what has happened in our own backyard. Only because it has happened in Manipur, which nobody cares about, and the BJP has done a wonderful job of keeping mainstream media away, it has been easy to hide and ignore. You want to talk violence? LET'S TALK VIOLENCE. Women and children have been killed in the most brutal ways, in ways that even Hitler could not have imagined. I have covered children who were trained to use assault rifles. Civilians have thrown bombs (state-owned ammunition) at each other. And insurgents who were supposed to have ceased to exist have crossed over and been given weapons to wage a WAR. Till today, violence is at its peak in Manipur, and the UNION HOME MINISTRY AND THE BJP GOVERNMENT HAVE COLOSSALLY FAILED TO STOP IT. Forget stopping the violence. Children are living near gutters, and the govt hasn't been able to do anything for them. CENTRE BJP. STATE BJP. "Double Engine". So what the fuck is your logic? And I'm sorry for using this language, but I'm sick of this fucking drama. I have said this before, and I'll say it again.. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT COMPARE OUR KIDS, OUR CITIZENS, WITH FRANCE, BANGLADESH OR WHATEVER. Agar unhe violence karna hota, toh unke paas bohot time tha aur bohot janta thi July 20 se pehle. Par naa kisi ka wo intention tha aur naa hi kabhi bhi hoga. Ye sikhaya hai hume Indian values ne. Indian democracy ne. NO VIOLENCE and we're all proud of it. Hum sabne dekha violence kisne shuru kiya aur kis hadd tak pahunchaya July 20 ko. Ek mahine se upar shanti se baithne ke baad, acchi education maangne ke baad, 12 baccho ke marne ke baad, ek bhi sarkar ka aadmi nahi aaya tab tak, jab tak baccho ke muh pe PELLET nahi chala di. Don't know about our citizens, but our current politicians are 100% inspired by some of the most brutal leadership the world has ever seen. Bachchon ke muh pe bomb phenkne ki himmat rakhte hain ye log, if it comes to saving their power. I AM SAYING THIS ON RECORD because I have seen Manipur and what they have done there. Jo apne khud ke bachchon ke muh ke upar pellet chala sakte hain, Manipur ke bachchon ko bhaad mein jaane de sakte hain, WO KYA DESHPREM KI BAAT KAR RAHE HAIN aur doosron ko jhoothi narratives ke basis par defame kar rahe hain! Each word I have written, I stand by with evidence. Aap ho sakta hai mujhse agree nahi karte, mujhe pasand nahi karte, woh sab alag baatein hain. Par dil pe haath rakh ke ek baar sochiye ki maine kya galat bola.

Open calls for violence were made at CP today, and the police were, once again, mute spectators. I tried fact-checking a man who claimed, “Lal Chowk pe Modi ne sabse pehle tiranga FEHRAYA tha.” He got SUPER AGGRESSIVE simply because I corrected him. Another person told me, “De toh diya Pradhan ka istifa.” I replied, “Uske liye bachchon ko pellets khane pade.” His response? “Woh toh khana hi padega.” Meanwhile, on the other side, people were simply walking with the Tiranga held high. No heckling anyone. No violent slogans. Just people carrying the national flag with pride. Documenting these times with a smile, so that even after we’re dead, people will know what happened. ☺️❤️ Jai Hind. 🇮🇳🫡🧿

Par kahin na kahin accha lag raha hai dekhkar ki khoon abhi poora paani nahi hua hai. Pata hai raaton raat sab theek nahi hoga, hume hi dheere dheere karke karna padega. Par abhi ke liye ye dekhke dil se accha lag raha hai kyunki ye jo log stage ke neeche barish me bhi khade hain, in logon ki neeyat saaf hai. And God bless them. Let's make India a better place. I'm crying while writing this. Hum sab journalists ko bhi dande pade hain. Kyunki maarte waqt police dekh hi nahi rahi thi. Delhi Police is lying. I saw protestors being beaten with full force and so much hate right in front of my eyes. Hum sabne dekha hai. Today will never be forgotten. And after this, I have no sympathy left for any godi media reporter, anchor, or whoever the fuck. I want to scream this...desh ki is haalat mein tum log sabse bade zimmedar ho. Aaj tumhara din hai toh jee lo, par sabka din aata hai. Aur ulti ginti ab shuru ho gayi hai.

Families are telling me that the names of their loved ones who died in the Red Fort blast are not even on the official list of the dead. They were called to the hospital, made to identify the bodies & then told to take them home on their own. Hospital is not providing ambulances.

Jaanwar se badtar haalat mein hazaaron log Manipur ke relief camps mein rehne majboor hain. Meiteis aur Kukis dono hi. Request all of you to take out 5 minutes and see my report from #Manipur. People are living in beyond inhumane conditions .. they’re dying. The least we can do is know their stories. Over 58,000 internally displaced people, as I write this .. acc to official government data ..are living in over 200 relief camps across the state. And Mr PM, while you’re in the neighbouring state playing football with children, people in Manipur are sleeping on pavements meant for vegetable and fish vendors, living next to drains and gutters. Girls can’t even step out at night to use the toilets because they’re afraid they’ll be RAPED or KILLED. Because this is happening with girls inside relief camps...it’s just not all coming out in the news. And this is not for a day. Not for a week. This has been their life for three years. I repeat ..THREE YEARS. I challenge you, or any of your ministers, to come and live in these camps for 24 hours. If you can survive it, I will stop reporting from Manipur. Don’t shoot the messenger, sir. As a journalist on the ground, this is our job ...to show you this and request you, with folded hands, to please help those living in relief camps. Get them out of there. Give them humane conditions. At the very least. You can do it. You know you can. When you were supposed to come to Manipur, roads were built overnight...so why have relief camps taken three years? Why can’t the government ensure basic dignity for people who have already lost everything in a conflict they had no role in?
