💣 Fabrizio says Rodri BREAKTHROUGH could happen at any moment. He said “This is a special situation. The directors and boards of Manchester City and Barcelona maintain a very good relationship which is why the clubs are negotiating directly rather than simply exchanging bids.” I genuinely think Manchester City is the best club Barça could’ve been negotiating with for a player like Rodri. That relationship could end up being one of Barcelona’s biggest advantages in getting this deal over the line.

The "he's just another Araújo" takes make no sense to me. Romero gives you aggression, but he also gives you elite build-up, defensive IQ and the personality to lead a backline. His injury record is the only real concern. As a defender, I'd take Cuti every day.

I just found Yan Diomande’s last 19 shots and footwork. Real Madrid’s record €140M signing.

I just found Karim Adeyemi's last 17 shots... I genuinely forgot how absurd his burst is. One of the quickest players in the Bundesliga and an absolute nightmare in transition. Gordon and Adeyemi as optionsof Lamine with Álvarez through the middle. Yeah... it's over.

🚨 BREAKING MASSIVE NEWS. French football creator Video2Riles has just claimed that Rodri is choosing Barcelona over Real Madrid, and says he’s 100% confident in his information. He said “99% Rodri has screwed us for Barca” Mind you, this is the same guy who was the first to call Rodri winning the Ballon d’Or, long before it became mainstream. Now… make of that what you will.

Nick Woltemade’s Last 19 Shots Do people realise Nick Woltemade has barely even played a full season as a striker? He was converted from an AM into a striker at Stuttgart only in December 2024, and look how quickly he developed. Then Newcastle barely used him properly in the second half of the season. So when people say Woltemade isn’t good enough, I genuinely don’t understand it. He’s still learning the position and he’s already this good. As a loan, Woltemade would be an incredible signing. Time will tell how good he can actually become.

If Flick really doesn’t want Romero, then I think his idea of the ideal CB is pretty clear. He told Araújo he wasn’t in his plans because he specifically wanted a LCB to partner Cubarsí And if Romero is being rejected, then clearly he wants someone quick, athletic enough for the high line And honestly, there is only one name that comes to my mind: Lukeba. Apart from this he has rejected every goddamn CB in the world…

Watch these 24/25 Barcelona counter-attacks again. Notice something. The structure is already there. The midfield progresses. Yamal manipulates the defence. The runners attack space. The missing piece is the No. 9. If Flick wants to build a truly fluid attack, the striker can’t just occupy centre-backs. He has to drop between the lines, combine with Yamal, pin defenders when needed, then still attack the box. That’s the profile that turns these transitions into something even more unpredictable. Think of Firmino’s role at Liverpool. Not because Barça want another Firmino, but because that’s the kind of connector a fluid front three needs.

I just found Morgan Rogers' last 15 dribbles and one thing stood out immediately. I think he's an elite problem creator. Half of his dribble don't even end with him beating four players. They end with three defenders being dragged out of position and someone else receiving in space. That's exactly why Xabi Alonso pushed for him.
