🚨 Samsung service centre allegedly caught breaching customer data and privacy The person who posted the video claimed he visited a Samsung service centre in India to get his phone repaired but later noticed suspicious activity in screen time. According to him, personal apps were accessed without his consent.. gallery showed around 10 minutes of usage and WhatsApp was used for about 2 minutes He alleged that when he confronted the Samsung staff, the manager initially cooperated but the owner later issued indirect threats.. although the services centre promised to share full CCTV footage of the repair period.. they allegedly only provided 2 minute clip and refused to share the rest. The CCTV clip allegedly shows a technician opening WhatsApp, scrolling though the media and typing on the device.. which the customer described as “solid proof” of a data and privacy breach Following the incident.. he said he has filed complaint with the consumer helpline and police
