TPS out there issuing tickets & warnings to Bike Share Toronto e-bike riders who aren't wearing helmets. Unlike other rental services you can't rent a helmet from Bike ShareTO. Seems like a fantastic use of $1.5billion police budget. If that guy had crashed & injured himself would the helmet harassment have been worth it? God.

The motorist failed to yield, struck our client & gave him fake info. Hamilton Police since Nov 5 haven't charged the driver. Unacceptable. This is the reality of our roads. The reality Doug Ford Prabmeet Sarkaria ignore as they aim to rip out the few safe spaces we have.

We get it, infrastructure varying from place to place can be confusing…That said, perhaps it’s time municipalities look into more automated enforcement mechanisms and citizen reporting that actually results in penalties (and not inequity). #BikeTO
