I had a cough of a kind with chest infection never ever had before. And I was not alone. It was widespread. I looked for care and for a resolution. I studied the CAQM law and found it was weak in its capacity to enforce. And unable to meet a Covid like situation where how we all came to the forefront together top to bottom to deal with it.
