It’s contradictory. Sources said, “firstly, there’s a clear difference between a prediction & a survey. First one is a political assessment. Second is measure public opinion at a given point in time. Secondly, the BRS’ 78-seat claim is based on the current 119-seat Assembly. Revanth Reddy’s prediction is for a post-delimitation scenario, where the Assembly is expected to expand to 182 seats.
