I've never face to face encountered other NATURALS with wife Lats, who DON'T do Weighted Pull-Ups & Heavy Rows But unlike the rest of these DOGMATIC liars. I will simply tell you that it's about INTENSITY first. If you nail that down it really doesn't matter which variation of pull up you do.

USE THE DAMN SAFETY BARS 🫵🏿🫵🏿 Rules for people who give a damn: 1. Use the safety bars/stops where applicable 2. Sometimes the bars don't adjust to your chest level correctly use plates to raise the level of the bench 3. If there are none use a spotter 4. Do not gorilla grip the bar especially alone 5. Do not put clips on the barbell just in case you need to dump the weight 6. Do not go for a PR alone if there are no safety bars
