Today I asked the Premier a simple question about the cost-of-living crisis facing Ontarians. Instead of answering, Premier Ford chose insults and to lie about my voting record. Ontarians don't care about name-calling. They want answers. They want to know why groceries, rent, and everyday essentials keep getting more expensive while this government dodges accountability. I asked Ontario’s Health Minister what this government is doing to RESPECT and RETAIN #nurses. Instead of answering, she talked about recruitment and alleged nurses who tell her they appreciate her. When I called out the non-answer, she laughed out loud. Ontario nurses are dealing with burnout, chronic understaffing, workplace violence, and unsafe working conditions.
