Dad tip: One thing I do often that I just did today was when we are playing at a park or play land & a kid is: -kind -polite -friendly -respectful I make it a point to go up to his parents & tell them awesome job raising a great young man afterwards. Today, an awesome 12 year old that climbed this entire shaky ladder kept encouraging Kingston, telling him great job, giving him pointers & was just an awesome young man. He had hair just like Kingston's too :) His parents beamed with pride when I went over to them later to tell them what a great kid they had & that they were doing an awesome job as parents because kids like that don't happen by accident. Parenting is hard. We should all encourage one another & celebrate great young, respectful boys & girls. Shoutout to all the parents working hard raising young champions & future leaders!

One complaint I hear often from parents my age & older is that “kids these days” don’t play outside like we used to. They’re glued to screens, not active, & not adventurous enough. Honestly, I find this frustrating because kids don't get to choose. Kids aren’t broken. Their environment is. As parents, we set that environment!! Author Jonathan Haidt, in his book The Anxious Generation, puts it perfectly: “We have overprotected our children in the real world while underprotecting them online." •Stop codling kids. •Get them outside playing. •Parents must lead by example. Wasn't going to share this, but the reason we did it was because we were inspired by another person's generosity. So maybe we can make this content the norm instead of tearing down, arguing & complaining..... Our 9 year old went on a mission trip last year & asked when she could go again to HELP OTHERS. My wife told her you don't need to travel abroad to help others, there's plenty of people right here locally we help & we do often. We found out at her school 9 students owed money & couldn't receive free lunch anymore...... In Vegas it's estimated 1 in 5 kids has food scarcity issues. We anonymously paid & cleared their debts last week. We had our daughter sort & count the money out & had great talks about to WHOM MUCH IS GIVEN MUCH IS EXPECTED. Our money isn't really our money in our eyes, it's a gift & we should be good stewards & look for opportunities to help others. You don't have to give financially to be generous either. •A kind word (or tweet). •An encouraging voice to someone. Let's all BE THE CHANGE WE WISH TO SEE. ❤️🙏

I am an athletic almost 43 year old dad of 3 that hasn't played competitive basketball since high school. I was an all-conference point guard in high school 25 years ago. I'm WAY past my prime. I would guarantee if I trained nothing but basketball for 6 months I would dominate the WNBA. Average 20-10 a game at least! If I trained 6 months I couldn't make a division 3 college men's team roster. It's two completely different games. Serena Williams is the GOAT of women's tennis & said she couldn't score a point on the 500th ranked man. If a person claims "female bodies are just as strong, fast, & capable as men's bodies" & ignores THE SCIENCE I discard their views on everything else. They are either a complete moron or lying. Either way they aren't to be trusted with anything. I'm honestly hoping some D-3 guy says tomorrow he's a girl & goes & wins MVP of the WNBA & everyone can say how brave, wonderful, & progressive it is. It's time to stop being nice & tolerant with this nonsense & just call it out. Not one sane person actually believes this. It's why we have mens & women's divisions.

START SPRINTING!!!!! Today: -6 warmups at 40-50-60-70-80-90% -6 all out 40 yard dashes. -3 all out 60 yard sprints. -1 100 yard sprint. -two more all out 40 yard sprints for the troops. SAVAGE never AVERAGE. GET OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE & SPRINT!!!

I admire atheists a lot for their level of FAITH. If you really think about it, watch this video, & are honest with yourself being an atheist requires a million times more FAITH than believing in God. The smartest guy I ever met in real life, I played poker against, & he was the lead engineer on the mission to land a rover on Mars. He said he was an ATHEIST, but since studying the universe he came to the LOGICAL CONCLUSION there must be an intelligent designer. He told me MOST of his colleagues were the same - the deeper they went, the more likely they were to say without God the odds of everything we see working in order is 0.00%. Impossible. The deeper you dive into how complex & vast the universe is, the MORE FAITH it takes to believe it all came from nothing & is random. Most atheists just want to be atheists because if there is no God, they can be their own god. "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge". -Psalm 19:1

Last night Joe Rogan had Michael Shellenberger on his podcast & he asked Joe point-blank: "Are you a Christian?!" Rogan had just told him he's been going to church for the last few years. Rogan: "I'm fascinated by the story of Jesus Christ... I can't find a flaw in the way (Jesus) tells you to live." Shellenberger pressed again: "Are you a Christian?" Rogan: "Well, I go to church... I've been doing it for the last three or four years." Shellenberger persisted: "But that's not really an answer to the question." Rogan: "Well, 'cause I don't know... I think it's very interesting, & I do believe that if you follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, you will live a better life. I really do believe that." He's getting close. I would challenge Joe Rogan here with it is IMPOSSIBLE for Jesus to be a good teacher & wise prophet who you can just emulate some of His life & benefit from tho. He was either: 1) A complete lunatic, liar, & the greatest deceiver of all time. He got 100's of his closest friends to lie about him even after he died -- they never relinquished those lies despite it costing them their own lives. 2) Exactly who He says He is. THE SON OF GOD. Young boys are STARVED for strong positive male models. I spoke at career day at my daughter's school. I ended up speaking to 100 + high schoolers. I hit a few main points: 1) There aren't as many rules as THEY sell you. So long as you're willing to work hard, fail forward, & care 0% what AVERAGE people think..... no one can stop you from creating the life you want! 2) Being kind, likable, & encouraging of others is a massive advantage in business & life. Kindness has unlimited upside & zero downside. Treat everyone well, build others up, & focus on GIVING FIRST! 3) You can be a VICTOR or VICTIM, but you can never be both. Reject all forms of victimhood & excuses. Take EXTREME OWNERSHIP of your life!! 4) Be strong, masculine, lift weights, eat healthy, read, create more than you consume, & how you spend your free time will determine your success in life. I also mentioned my faith in every class. I told my story of making 7 figures in poker only to squander most of it. I told how I managed a bank, was unhappy doing it & decided to CREATE A JOB FOR MYSELF I LOVED. I told the young ladies about my wife & the reason I chose & married her was because she told me IF YOU WANT TO FALL IN LOVE WITH MY BODY, THEN YOU'LL HAVE TO FALL IN LOVE WITH MY HEART & MIND FIRST! She valued & respected herself. Nothing more attractive than that. We had pushups contests in every class & I invited any of the kids to come lift with me at my gym any morning. I went to college at 18 to be a teacher. I love being around kids - they give you energy & you can feel their untapped potential! I could see myself subbing/coaching & impacting young kids a lot in the next decade or so. We will see where God sends me. I'm willing to go!! 🙏❤️

I played the worst basketball game of my life & after my mom said, "You tried hard Ty, I'm proud of you, you'll get them next time." My dad said, "you made one early mistake & hung your head. You let your team down, your coach down, & you let yourself down. If I was you I would be up early practicing tomorrow. I would apologize to your teammates & coach & take ownership. What are you going to do to ensure you don't let yourself down again?" The next morning I was up at 5am before school practicing. I did take full ownership & promised my team every second I got on the court they would get 100% effort & passion forever from here. I dropped 34 the next game & we won by 25 on route to winning 13/14 next games. Dads give us tough love. We need it. The world doesn't care about blaming others, victimhood, excuses or feelings. Present fathers change the world. Lock in men. ❤️🙏

“We are losing the battle, & we are losing the war..... & boys and girls are suffering for it." “Every red dot that's on there is someone that is downloading, sharing, or distributing child r@pe videos." “55% to 85% of them are also hands-on offenders, & we know that your average offender has thirteen victims in their lifetime.” “The scale of harm right here in America is, to a certain extent, hard to comprehend, but that's why we're here.” God bless Tim Tebow, his foundation, & everyone that fights against this pure evil. It's gut wrenching listening to some of this, but I'm grateful good men are fighting against these demons. I always loved Tebow as an athlete & competitor, but admire him even more for his heart & passion for helping the most vulnerable that can't help themselves. I'll be donating to the Tim Tebow foundation to combat human trafficking tonight. I'll be praying for him & his mission. I hope every one of these evil demons that harms children gets caught & punished to the full extent. If we don't protect our children our society is doomed.

Imagine for a moment a HUSBAND goes online to rant about his amazing wife & threatens divorce over her NOT READING HIS MIND TO MAKE HIM A SANDWICH when he wanted one..... I kind of get the guys commenting & in my DMs saying they are terrified of marriage. Terrified she'll take half, use the kids against him, & there's not much upside to it. BUT, I want to remind you young men, 1) Think with the right head. Don't stick your dong in crazy women. 2) Millions of thriving marriages exist & when a coupe is locked in it's A CHEAT CODE TO LIFE! 3) Vet & stop taking her on expensive dates right away. Make sure she cares little about status & a lot about being a great teammate with you. 4) Focus on yourself & build to attract her. In his LATE 40's my FATHER was the ONLY DAD running full court hoops with us in high school. I always knew I was so blessed to have that KIND OF DAD as a kid. But as I’ve aged, I appreciate even more the sacrifices he made & the way he CHOSE to live his life in order to do this. My dad’s 67 now. Last year he set a 3 year goal to hit 100,000 MILES run in his lifetime. (He needs 1,400 a year & I am certain he will hit it!) He swapped an alcohol addiction for a fitness addiction at 26 & I’m forever grateful. To this day my friends refer to him as the LEGEND! This is why at 41 (tomorrow) I’m still gonna beat my kids in races & train hard so I’m able to follow his LEGACY. 🙏❤️ LOCKED IN STRONG DADS WILL CHANGE THE WORLD. Dads, It would be the biggest shame in the world if your children only HEARD stories of you being in shape, athletic, pursuing excellence & NEVER WITNESSED IT. Day ONE can be today. 🤝

2 types of parents I routinely see at the park: ❌ Always on phone & treats kid like they are a huge bother. Ignores them as their child BEGS them to watch this or please give any attention. -Choosing IG over parenting. ❌ Up the child's butt always. Never more than 2 feet away. Don't run, don't jump, don't climb & stay safe! -Stifles creativity & adventure. Here's how I approach a balanced attack & best of both worlds. ✅ First 45 minutes Intentional play WITH THEM. Squirt gun battles, relay races, hide-n-seek, swings, splash pads, soccer, wiffle-ball etc. Then after 45 minutes I say dad is going to walk laps over here right by you so go play. Make friends & have fun. I check in & pop in giving encouragement, but I let them just play! Today we were at the park 3 hours. My sons made tons of friends, did experiments together, explored all over & we all had a blast. I'm at 10,500 steps too! So we did 5 miles!! I think one of the best GIFTS we should all give is our kids is: •To be outside playing a lot! •To make movement & health normal. •To balance instruction with free play. DAD LIFE is the best life!! ❤️🙏
