Criminal organizations use stash houses to temporarily conceal illegal aliens or contraband until their “cargo” can be transported further into the U.S. Working alongside our law enforcement partners, we will continue to target these uninhabitable cesspools. Border Patrol enforces immigration laws wherever the mission takes us. This past weekend, while supporting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations in Washington, D.C., Border Patrol agents arrested multiple criminal aliens who had managed to remain in the U.S. - until now. Among those taken into custody were individuals from Venezuela and Colombia with serious criminal histories, including aggravated homicide, assault, and firearms charges.
