Did xAI just mass-murder the entire voice AI industry? 🤯 Grok just launched two voice APIs. Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech. Built on the same stack powering Tesla cars and Starlink support. And priced at 10x cheaper than ElevenLabs. Speech-to-Text: $0.10/hr batch. $0.20/hr streaming. Text-to-Speech: $4.20 per million characters. 25+ languages. Real-time streaming. Speaker diarization. Already outperforming ElevenLabs, Deepgram, and AssemblyAI on word error rate. TTS ships with expressive tags like [laugh], [sigh], , . Voices that don't sound like robots reading a script. ElevenLabs spent years building a voice AI company. xAI built voice AI for cars and satellites.

"AI is like oil." Chamath's latest take on All-In is the simplest explanation of why AI pricing is about to collapse. He said think of one million AI tokens as one barrel of intelligence. Anthropic sells that barrel for $56. OpenAI sells it for $26. Elon sells it for $1. Zuck sells it for $1.50. Google sells it for $1. The Chinese sell it for 50 cents. Same barrel. Wildly different prices. His point: "If you've made a bet around one of these folks selling extremely expensive barrels of intelligence, you may run into some downstream difficulty." The capability gap between the expensive models and the cheap ones is shrinking every month. The pricing gap hasn't caught up yet. When it does, someone's margins collapse. This is the AI pricing reckoning nobody wants to talk about.

Jeff Bezos just came out of retirement. His first CEO role since leaving Amazon. And he's building something nobody expected. 🤯 It's called Prometheus. $12 billion raised. $41 billion valuation. Backed by JPMorgan, BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and Bezos himself. 150 employees. $273 million per person. That's how much investors are betting on this. But here's what makes it different from every other AI company. Prometheus isn't building another chatbot. It's not generating text or images. It's building what Bezos calls an "artificial general engineer" AI that designs jet engines, optimizes manufacturing, and prototypes physical products. LLMs learned from the internet's text. Prometheus is learning from the physical world physics, simulations, engineering data, manufacturing processes. In Bezos' own words: "Something that takes 100 engineers 10 years to build we want to make that 10 engineers, one year." His co-CEO is Vik Bajaj, former Google X executive who worked with Sergey Brin on what became Waymo. No ties to Amazon. No ties to Blue Origin. Bezos said "it deserves a dedicated team obsessed with this one thing." While everyone is racing to build the best AI for words, Bezos is quietly building AI for the physical world. That might be the bigger bet.

Cancer is cured by AI. GitLab founder Sid Sijbrandij was diagnosed with stage 4 spinal cancer. Every trial rejected him. His doctors had nothing left to offer. So he stopped being a patient. He built an AI research team. Fed them 25TB of his own medical data genomics, scans, treatment history, everything. The system found a treatment his entire oncology team had missed. Then engineered 19 custom vaccines from his own DNA. Relapse-free since 2025. Then he uploaded the entire blueprint. Free. For every person sitting in that same room, hearing the same verdict, with nobody left to call. Medicine runs on averages. AI runs on you.

This is actually insane. 🔥 NVIDIA built a single AI that replaces decades of animation technology. 15,000 frames per second. 2 milliseconds of delay. For robots and games. It's called MotionBricks. One neural network trained on 350,000 motion clips. You tell it: go here, pick up this sword, do it in zombie style. It generates everything else foot placement, balance, transitions, follow-through in real time. No animation graphs. No hand-crafted transitions. No per-task training. One model does it all. In the demo, a character navigates a space, picks up a sword, vaults over a bench, sits down, and switches between zombie, injured, and skipping styles. Every single frame generated live by the AI. And here's the part that matters most. This is now the core motion engine inside NVIDIA's GR00T the stack powering humanoid robots used in research globally. Same AI that animates game characters is now teaching robots how to move their entire body. vc: NVIDIA Robotics

I just found out OpenAI gives you $50,000 in free API credits if you do one thing in settings. 🤯 It's called the Data Sharing Program. No free trial exists for the API. But this does. Go to your OpenAI Dashboard → Data Controls → Sharing. Opt in. You get $50,000 in credits for their latest models or 2.5 million tokens for the rest. The catch: your data gets used by OpenAI for training and improvements. So don't use this for client work or anything sensitive. Use it for learning, side projects, and experiments.

I just found a way to use Claude Code completely free. Claude Code is Anthropic’s terminal coding agent that usually needs a paid API key to run. But a viral GitHub project called Free Claude Code, now sitting at 37k stars, lets you skip the billing entirely. It works as a tiny proxy that sits between Claude Code and free model providers like NVIDIA NIM, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, and Gemini. Every request Claude Code would send to Anthropic gets quietly rerouted to a free model on the other side. The interface stays the same. What’s actually thinking behind it changes. Setup takes a couple of quick commands and a free API key from NVIDIA NIM or OpenRouter. Paste it into the local dashboard, pick a model, and you’re building. The catch is you’re not really using Claude anymore. But when the code ships, does the model badge matter? -- I have shared the Github Link in my free Whatsapp Community ↓

I gave Grok 4.5 one prompt. "Build a full browser-based Windows OS clone with a desktop shell and working apps." This is what came out. 🤯 A working Windows environment. Running entirely in a browser tab. Desktop shell. Working apps. Full UI. One prompt. No refinement. And here is the part that actually matters. This is level 1 output. Straight out of the box. No iteration. No back and forth. No refinement. I have not sat with it yet. I have not pushed it further. I have not refined a single thing. If I did, this gets significantly better. SpaceXAI

Urban Company just launched maid services at ₹49/hour! Sounds crazy? Maybe. But there’s a solid strategy behind it. From my time at Uber, I’ve seen moves like this before—and I’m breaking it down for you. Check out my latest video to see why they’re playing the long game. Most won’t care, but the smart ones will. This one’s for you. 🚀

Sam Altman paid $6.5B for Jony Ive. The man who designed the iPhone is now building the device meant to kill it. No apps. Just AI agents. OpenAI already lives inside every iPhone. So why build their own? Because to be Apple's size, you eventually have to do what Apple does. Own the device

Recruiters are cooked. 🤯 Claude can now read your resume and pull the highest-paying job roles you actually qualify for. ranked. in one chat. here's the whole setup: → connect apify to Claude. search and tools, add connectors, Apify. one click. → drop your resume in the chat. "based on my resume, find the highest-paying roles i should apply for right now." it pulls live listings from internet and ranks them by fit to your real experience, salary attached. → pick one. "tailor my resume for this role." it rewrites the keywords and framing to that exact job description. no fake "interview odds." real listings, ranked to you, then your resume rebuilt for the one you pick. the part of the job hunt you paid a recruiter for is now a chat window.

Did Google just mass-murdered every voice AI startup irrelevant? Google just shipped Gemini 3.1 Flash Live. Real-time voice AND vision. Sub-second latency. 90+ languages. And the one thing no voice AI has cracked until now: it filters background noise in real-world environments. Not demo environments. Real ones. Traffic outside. TV left on. Drill running next door. That's the wall every voice AI startup has been quietly hitting for three years. The demos worked. The deployments didn't. Because the real world is loud and messy and the models couldn't tell your voice from the noise around it. Google just called that problem solved. And it's not sitting in a research paper. It's already running in production apps. Stitch is using it to let designers talk to their canvas in real-time. Ato is using it to give elderly people a companion who actually listens. Wit's End built an RPG game master with it that delivers theatrical dialogue indistinguishable from a human voice actor. Three live products. Three different industries. All shipping now. Every voice AI startup just woke up to a new baseline. The question isn't whether to build with this. The question is how fast.

This is insane.🤯 Someone just open-sourced professional motion capture. The same tech behind every Marvel movie and AAA game now runs on any webcam. Free. The only thing it needs is a camera. You already have one. It's called FreeMoCap and it just became a GitHub link. The barrier was never the talent. It was always the tools.

okay Higgsfield Supercomputer is genuinely insane 🤯 it scans your competitors every Monday and drafts 3 ads before you open your laptop it's a cloud-native AI agent built for end-to-end creative production no local setup. runs in your browser or Telegram. here's what it actually does: → orchestrates every major model Claude Opus 4.7, GPT-5.5 Pro, Gemini 3.1 Pro, plus every image and video model → three layers of memory brief it once, it remembers context across every session → 40+ built-in tools with Skills you teach once and trigger with a slash command → scheduled tasks daily ad variations, weekly competitor scans, monthly content calendars → connects to Slack, Drive, Notion, Gmail, Figma and 30+ more powered by enhanced Hermes Agent Higgsfield was an AI video tool, this isn't a video tool anymore it's the whole studio.

xAI just made it possible to be in 50 sales calls at once. With your own voice. 🤯 Voice cloning is now live inside the Grok API. 4 minutes of reading a prompt in a quiet room. That's it. Your voice now answers customer calls. Closes sales. Runs support. While you sleep. Pick "Clone a Voice" in the console. Read the script. Your clone is ready. One call. One conversation at a time. Receptionists. BDRs. Support agents. The first layer of jobs going isn't coders. It's anyone whose work happens on a phone call. The bottleneck of being one person just stopped existing. vc: X Freeze
