Gurpatwant Singh Pannun of Sikhs For Justice is offering $25,000 for the ‘citizen’s arrest’ of Indian High Commissioner Mr. Dinesh Patnaik, while placing Patnaik’s face under a crosshair. SFJ is banned in India under the UAPA. Pannun is designated a te**orist under the same law. Mr. Patnaik recently told CPAC that peaceful advocacy for Khalistan is acceptable. Fair enough but is this peaceful advocacy? How can a movement with a history of assassinations, extortion, sexual violence, the Air India b**bing & other te**or plots be discussed without confronting that record? India understands this threat better than most. If India keeps downplaying it, why would Canada ever take it seriously?

1) Ripudaman Singh Malik, the financier of AI182 & Narita bombing killing 331 innocents, & over 80 kids. He was acquitted at trial due to lack of evidence & was removed from blacklist later. 2) After being taken off the blacklist, Malik travelled to India, obtained a PDF copy of the Sikh holy scripture, & began printing it himself. 3) Printing errors in those copies & travelling to India, triggered an aggressive blasphemy campaign against Malik, led by Moninder Singh Bual & Hardeep Singh Nijjar. The episode exposed a clear rivalry & clash of interests within Khalistani circles. 4) Malik was murdered in 2022. 5) Nijjar was killed in 2023 in a gang war. 6) Shortly after Nijjar’s killing, Bual went underground.

Goldy Brar, a Khalistani, was allowed to come to Canada as a student in 2017. India issued warrants, secured an Interpol Red Notice & sought his extradition. Today, he is one of the FBI Ten Most Wanted fugitives. In recordings that RCMP has not publicly disputed, Brar lists his contributions for Khalistan. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, another Khalistani responds by threatening him with a bu**et to the forehead. This is Khalistani gang war, not human-rights activism. Forty-one years after AI182, the West is still making the same mistake: treating Khalistani criminals as victims or human-right activists. How much more violence will it take to confront the ideology protecting them?

In my careful transcription, Pamma affirms that Brar killed Nijjar, while blaming the Indian government. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun says the FBI & RCMP warned him of a credible threat to his life & issued 'duty to warn' notice. Today, he released a video threatening the gangster Goldy Brar & others. As reflected in my transcription, Pannun says that even if they escape the FBI & Canadian & U.S. courts, 'justice/ bullet' will reach them. As a Canadian, I believe it’s important to highlight the lies & one-sided narrative presented in Sutlej. For decades, that narrative has been used by Canadian Khalistani to radicalize generations, spread misinformation & cultivate victimhood, despite the AI182 bombing executed by Canadian Khalistani that killed 329 people. The same narrative has shaped the diaspora politics, through selective atrocity literature, with the broader community ultimately paying the price.
