Questions from the American side include: Who funded the advertisements promoting Trzaskowski while attacking Nawrocki and Mentzen? What role was played by the company Estratos and its shareholder linked to the Democratic Party? And what, specifically, does the European Commission intend to do about it? The congressman expects European institutions to thoroughly investigate the matter, particularly whether the financing of such activities is tied to funds associated with George Soros. Trzaskowski has met with Alex Soros many times in the past. During the last presidential debate, Trzaskowski clearly said that he would prefer Soros to Orbán but denied the accusations of "foreign financing":

Poland will always be grateful to Iran for hosting Polish refugees during World War II ❤️ In 1942, over 116,000 Polish citizens arrived on the Iranian shores of the Caspian Sea. This massive exodus included the soldiers of General Władysław Anders' Army, as well as tens of thousands of civilians. Among them were thousands of orphaned children who had just survived starvation, disease, and the brutal conditions of Soviet labor camps in Siberia and Central Asia. Despite facing their own severe wartime hardships, economic struggles, and food shortages due to the Anglo-Soviet occupation, the Iranian people and government welcomed the refugees with extraordinary generosity.
