Don’t talk to users? ngmi Today’s launch of AI Feedback is personal. It’s the culmination of my Kraftful journey. We built Kraftful to help teams truly listen to users. Now we’re taking that mission even further at Amplitude with AI Feedback. AI can automate almost everything. But it can’t replace how people *feel* when using your product. For builders, listening to those emotions is how you create something exceptional. Now you can do that right inside Amplitude. Across surveys, support tickets, sales calls, app reviews, Reddit, Discord, X, G2, and more. Connect your sources in minutes and start getting daily insights that used to take hundreds of thousands of hours to analyze manually. Available on every Amplitude plan (even the free one!). Go try it. Listen to your users. Build better.

I’m terrified of freeways in the rain. So I had a minor freakout when my Waymo took the freeway in yesterday’s storm. Then I watched it calmly keep perfect distance, avoid puddles, and drive better than any human would have. Fear gone. Love living in the future in San Francisco.

Replit serves 40M+ builders with just 2 PMs 🤯 Head of Product Eng Amol Jain shared how they pull it off: 1. Product-minded engineers Engineers think like owners and deeply get the “why,” so the team moves fast. 2. Tight feedback loops Their global builder community drops feedback everywhere: app reviews, Zendesk, X, Reddit, and the team actually listens. 3. AI Feedback Lets the team instantly parse all that noise and surface what truly matters. Pumped to partner with the Replit ⠕ team as they help anyone go from idea → app using natural language. Amjad Masad, Haya Odeh, and team are building the future 🔥

PMs: AI is coming for your job! …but not in the way you think.... I recently posted a demo of Operator using to run an entire PM workflow in just 5 mins—all while I was in the shower. Here’s what it did: 1️⃣ Analyzed feedback from thousands of Slack users to surface prioritized feature requests and complaints. 2️⃣ Added insights to the roadmap. 3️⃣ Wrote a PRD about Slack Notifications. 4️⃣ Created a user story with acceptance criteria and assigned it to an engineer in Linear. The reactions were fascinating... 🔹 Thousands of PMs bookmarked the post—determined to figure out how to do this themselves (or, let’s be real, to avoid getting replaced by AI). 🔹 Some yelled that this isn’t what PMs do—claiming AI analysis of user feedback is just “crowdsourcing what to build/fix next.” 🔹 But many more were excited about what they could achieve when AI handles the busywork—PRDs, user stories, and all—so they can focus on high-impact strategy and product craft. So yeah, AI is coming for your job 😉 But it’s coming to: ✅ Help you do it better. ✅ Deliver products that evolve faster to meet real user needs. ✅ Make sure you’re not just overdosing on podcasts while ignoring user feedback. As both a product builder and a product user, I’m excited for what’s ahead 🚀 Make sure to turn on the sound to hear the AI-generated voiceover narrating what the AI agent is doing in the demo 🔊
