Pattern I see with every man who's done intermittent fasting... "I felt amazing for the first 6 months." Every. Single. Time. Then, their weight plateaued, energy crashed, sleep broke, and evening cravings got worse. So they doubled down, pushed the window tighter, 18:6, then 20:4, and then OMAD. More...

The Science of Fasting - 2012 Documentary There is a reason so many religions and cultures across the world advocate for fasting to resolve health issues, and think every human being on earth should fast intermittently to help repair and detoxify themselves in this incredibly toxic world where we are being inundated from every vector. Obviously fasting can be detrimental if done excessively and the nutrition is inadequate in between fasting stints, but overall if done right, it's so obviously a great tool for our health that we should all take advantage of. It can by intermittent fasting with 18/6 or 16/8 schedules, it can be 1-2 days a month, it can be 1 week every 6 months, or whatever works best for your individual situation and health goals, but we should all be doing a little bit of fasting every now and again. Considering a large portion of the US is brutally addicted to food and severely overweight and unhealthy with countless diseases and ailments, we should be investing in fasting clinics such as the one shown in this documentary to help them break the addiction and get healthy. Robert F. Kennedy Jr has discussed detox clinics for drug abuse, and hope he can consider the same for obesity and chronic disease with fasting clinics. Many people are not disciplined and strong enough to not eat at home for a few days because of all the temptation, but if they had a place to stay with rules and restrictions, they could learn that discipline and then do it on their own. For anyone that thinks it's dangerous to fast for a long period of time, you should lookup the story of the scottish man back in 1965 who was over 450lbs and fasted for a year straight. If you have body fat on you, you can fast until it's gone, as long as you have water to drink.

Fasting is the No. 1 healing method on Earth. It eats up toxic cells, melts excess fat, & makes your hormones skyrocket. But most people miss out on most of the benefits... Here's my fasting protocol that keeps me energized, shredded & sick-free all year long (4 steps):🧵 1. Last meal at 9PM, first meal when hunger kicks in. Once you master fasting, hunger stops controlling you. Some days I go 16 hours, some days 22—it depends on how I feel. Your body adapts fast, & that’s when fasting becomes freedom. 2. Caffeine Caffeine is my daily performance enhancer. Two freddo espressos (cold coffee) keep me sharp, focused, & unstoppable. Just never drink it after 2PM—it’ll destroy your sleep quality. 3. Berberine The most underrated fat-burning compound on Earth. It keeps insulin low, stabilizes energy, & lets you stay lean year-round. It allows me to stay at 10–12% body fat all year effortlessly. Here's the one I use (AMAZON PRODUCT LINK): 4. Water Drink up, you're body's 70% of water. It regulates temperature, fuels your cells, flushes toxins, boosts brain performance, & even accelerates fat loss. Let me know in the comments... Do you drink enough? Fasting makes me feel more alive than ever. It also: • Makes me more functional • Keeps my hormones high • Fills me up with energy Have you ever tried fasting yourself? *Every body works differently, this is not medical advice, just what worked on me." *Always consult a health expert before following any protocols." *Affiliate links included.* I’m 21 & obsessed with health. To My Day. 🐻: But really as I always say, the reason our concerts can be so fun is really because of you! I'm not just saying this~ When people come to our shows, the friends and family we've invited always say the same thing. I mean sure they say our songs are good or that we sing well but those are kind of like extra factors. They always tell me "Your fans are insane!" Your energy and the atmosphere we create together is honestly what makes the concerts so fun and makes people want to come! That's why we always tell you that you're really people who can do well no matter where u go! That's how we see you! Seriously! So you should feel proud of yourselves! Not just proud of us but proud of yourselves too. Because the way we see you is filled with pride as well. That's why why we can think and speak this way. But for real, thank you. I'm really grateful for the kind of relationship we formed in the first place, but I'm even more thankful that you kept it going like this. I really appreciate that. So, this is not about raising your self esteem. This is really what we see. You know me. I'm not the type of person who says things I don't mean. I can't even make up things even if I wanted to and it's obvious when I lie. So what I say is coming straight from my heart, so I hope you can just take it as it is because that's how I really see you. I don't know what our individual lives are like outside the concert venue because I've never seen that. But you all seem people who can do anything. And you always show that at our concerts. That's how trust builds with between us. But honestly, you do all really sing well. Even better than us at times. We try our best with harmonies and all. But like what you during the fanmeeting*, you pull everything together and leave people amazed. That's just how it is. Just the fact that it keeps coming back in conversations says something, right? I think so too and I felt it back then. It was so touching. If something can move me to tears, and I'm someone who makes music, I'm a singer... but the fact that you made me feel that way, that's saying something. And I'm someone who sings for a living. I have such high standards but you were able to touch my heart like that, then I think it would be the same for anyone watching. The emotions really come through. And I think that's ultimately the most important thing. *

Rich Roll on why waiting to "feel like it" is a trap: "You can't think your way into the mood that you seek or the state of mind that you aspire to inhabit. Action is the only thing that can trigger that change." Rich uses running as the perfect illustration of this principle. Imagine you wake up in the morning and you're supposed to do a run because you're training for a race. You don't feel like it. So what do most of us do? "We all resort to that state where we think, 'Well, I don't want to do it right now. I'll just wait until I feel like doing it and then I'll do it then.'" But here's the problem with that logic: "If you're waiting until you feel like doing something, chances are you're probably never going to get to it." The mood you're hoping will arrive on its own? It's not coming. Not without action first. "To take the action despite how you feel about it is the thing that catalyzes the state change." You don't run because you feel motivated. You feel motivated because you ran. He points to what every runner knows from experience: "When they finish the run, they're always glad that they did it. They don't generally regret it. And then they feel better." Notice the sequence. The good feeling comes after the action, not before it. The state change is the reward for showing up, not the prerequisite. And this isn't just about running. As Rich puts it: "That example is applicable to all areas of life." The workout you're avoiding. The conversation you're delaying. The project you're putting off until you're "in the right headspace." You're waiting for a feeling that only exists on the other side of doing the thing.

.Alex Marlow reacts to the clip of rising left-wing star Jennifer Welch calling evangelical Christians "a cancer" and "the worst people in our country": "Those of you who are on the right, who are conservatives, you likely have a God-based life, a Bible-based life. Because of that, your faith is the most important thing to you. Then after that, probably your family, and then maybe your career or politics kind of coming in at three or four. When you're on the left at this moment in time, the secular left in the United States of America, particularly embodied by these middle-aged white liberal women -- who are leading the party, they're guiding the whole party. That is their core demographic. That is the most dependable Democrat demographic right now. Then you're living a life where politics is above all else. And when that happens, the ends start justifying the means for you. If you're going to if you believe that you can get closer to political victory by completely demonizing, smearing, slandering people with whom you disagree, even people of faith. And we know in this country that Christians donate the most to charity. They donate their most the most time to volunteer work. They have better criminal records. I mean, like every single thing imaginable, demographically. You want to be, borrowing from my friend Dennis [Prager], if you see people coming down the street walking towards you and you know that they just came from a Bible study, are you feeling better or worse? You're feeling better. But they vote wrong, according to Jennifer Welch. And that's the problem. They think that you are other. You deserve cancellation, smearing, slandering, lying, maybe even death. Maybe even being hung, as Rick Wilson said from the clip I played yesterday, so long as you're a Christian. And why is that? because you vote for conservatives. That's what they think of you. They hate you. Don't forget that."

Nick Saban shares what transformational leadership really looks like and the trap most leaders fall into. "If you're in any kind of managerial position, I think you should define your job the same way: Provide the leadership to develop the relationships to help people create and accomplish the opportunities that they have, and help them establish the discipline they need to do it." Then he broke down what leadership actually is: "Leadership is about helping somebody else, affecting somebody else for their benefit. Not for your benefit - for their benefit." "If you're doing it for your benefit, it's manipulation. And people can see right through that." That's the line right there... Leadership serves others. Manipulation serves yourself. "You gotta develop a relationship, because they gotta know you care. Hard to affect people if they don't think you care about them." Then he called out where most leaders spend their time: "How do you spend all your time? If you're a manager, you spend all your time with the people who don't do the right things. I call them energy vampires." "We got 5 guys on our team - they don't go to class, they don't do the right thing in practice, they loaf all the time. Those are the guys I meet with every day. They're energy vampires." So he made a commitment: "I'm gonna meet with 3 guys who didn't do anything wrong every day to see how they're doing. To make sure they know I care about them, their family, and what's happening in their life." "I wanna have a relationship with those people, so that when I need to affect them, I have a chance to do it." "People gotta know you care. If they think you only care about yourself, they're gonna think you're just a manipulator and you're not really going to affect them in a positive way." "You gotta serve other people." The core of servant leadership is wanting to see others at their best. It's not about control, it's about serving others. (🎥 CBT Automotive)
