I can't believe people are blaming anyone other than... Gray for this goal. -He asked the ball first -He had plenty of time to adjust his body -Left the ball uncovered going for a control with the left -Unaware of the pressure form the back Rookie mistake.show more

Goal or No Goal The rule👇 👉 That is... NOT a goal. It’s an offence for preventing the goalkeeper from releasing the ball, and play should be stopped. The restart would be a free kick to the goalkeeper’s team. When would it be a goal? •If the goalkeeper completely released the ball, •the ball was clearly free in the air, •and the striker then kicked it and scored, 👉 That IS a valid goal. Key takeaway (simple version): •Ball still under keeper’s control → no goal •Ball fully released and free → goalshow more

Was This a Stonewall Penalty? Breaking Down Khusanov’s Challenge... on João Pedro The Positioning: Joao Pedro is in full control of the ball, driving into the Manchester City penalty box. Rather than trailing behind, Khusanov has actually recovered enough ground to get alongside and slightly ahead of Joao Pedro. Khusanov is cutting across Pedro's running path to get his body between the attacker and the ball. The Contact: In this exact moment, Khusanov is not pushing Joao Pedro in the back. Instead, Khusanov is leaning his body weight leftwards into Joao Pedro to shield the ball. It is actually Joao Pedro who has his left arm extended with his hand resting on Khusanov's back/shoulder area as they battle for position. In football, a defender is allowed to step across an attacker and use their body to shield the ball once they have established position, provided it is within playing distance of the ball. Since Khusanov is using his body to block the run and it's shoulder-to-shoulder (with Pedro's hand on him), this changes the dynamic completely from a "push." Looking at this specific angle, it looks much more like a standard physical battle where the defender successfully "boxes out" the attacker. Because Khusanov uses his body positioning legally to ease Pedro off the ball rather than illegally shoving him from behind, the referee’s decision not to award a penalty is the correct one.show more

Every golfer knows the feeling… you get to the... top, you’re fully wound, and there’s that urge to hit from the top. That’s the Hit Impulse. The problem? The harder we try to fire our hands and arms early, the more we rob ourselves of sequence and compression. Power doesn’t come from panic — it comes from order. Here, I’m relaxing my arms as much as possible. Almost to the point of feeling passive. That softness allows my lower body to initiate, my legs to glide, and my core to unwind the club the way it was designed to move. When the arms stay supple, the body can dominate. It’s counterintuitive… but that patience at the top is what creates that heavy, compressed strike we’re all chasing. If you’d like to go deeper into how I train this and build a classic, body-friendly motion, visit my website for more information.show more

MARI YEZIMBABWE IS HERE It is here. Not a... whisper from across the ocean. Not a borrowed idea wearing borrowed clothes. It is here. It is our own. And for the first time in a long time, we are not looking over our shoulder for permission. We are embracing it fully. Ko ndoyeduzve. There it is. It fits. That it was always meant to arrive at this shore, at this time. For about two years now, it has been showing its pedigree. Not with fanfare. Not with declarations. But quietly. Steadily. #Steelers Draft Profile: Ja’Kobi Lane, WR USC Pros: -... Tall frame with long arms and a large catch radius - Excellent contested-catch ability, body control, and ball tracking - Physical at the catch point and a major red-zone threat - Fluid mover for his size Cons: - Limited route tree and inconsistent separation - Lean frame; can be slowed by press coverage and mid-route contact - Relies heavily on contested catches rather than early separationshow more

A lot of hitters confuse being late with letting... the ball get deep. They’re not the same thing. In this video I show it with a simple example. I toss the ball and reach way out in front of me to catch it. That’s what late looks like. The ball already beat you… now you’re chasing it with your hands. Then I toss another one and catch it slightly behind me. That’s being on time and letting the ball get deep. When you’re late, your body and barrel are reacting after the ball passes your window. You’re forced to reach, cut across it, or roll it over. When you’re on time, you can let the ball travel and still control it. Now the barrel can stay through the zone longer, and you can drive it with authority. Deep ≠ late. Good hitters aren’t reaching for the ball… they’re on time enough to let it come to them. ⚾️ Train with an expert. Not an influencer.show more

A lot of people are misreading Shohei’s grand slam... swing. They misread because they don’t know high level. One guy said “front leg, off balance out front”. Don’t let the video interfere with your opinion. 🤦♂️ His weight is clearly back at launch. He has very good barrel depth (means he wasn’t on his front leg at launch). You can’t get barrel depth when on a weighted front leg. He’s clearly early. So the launch was deep (rear legged) but the pitch wasn’t there yet. So he demonstrates an adjustability that only comes with HLP…..he LET the arms out to align barrel and ball. Key word: LET His barrel was already up to speed from being launched rearward. You can see it’s completely blurred out when it’s still behind him. But because his arms are not force producers, they are free and able to ‘let out’ the barrel. (He could have pulled them in if the pitch was inside) If the arms were force producers the launch would have been forward, not rearward. There would be no deep rearward barrel blur. And the arms would have been ‘spent’ at launch. They’d have no ability to do anything else. He would have made a commitment at launch to a spot, he would have ‘spent’ the arms to produce force, and that would not allow him the late arm adjustability that he shows here. Some day people will stop talking out of their ass.show more

I haven’t missed a workout in over 10+ years... 0 misses in over 3650 days is great discipline if you zoom out however, that doesn’t mean each workout is perfect, not rested, don’t have enough food, not enough time, etc but none of that matters if you showed up and tried your best finishing this, then flying with the team to vegas for the weekend! we’re focusing on the 1st workout of this 4 week period, attempting to push my limits here, going for 110% attempts usually I stay around 80-90% work for most then try to max out once in a while but we hit our max today!!!! ahhhh find what works for you and stay consistent to it id say it’s been a key factor to an understanding that life and business is a marathon it may not be a sprint but we can work on running on pace faster and without pain health is wealthshow more

So - It's not completely autonomous... Yet! This was the first episode and Lots of things are still being fine-tuned. Eventually we'll do a live version, and I'll set a proper date for that for the big shed demo. That will likely involve a wrecking ball!show more

"A 15-year-old kid shouldn't be dealing with the politics... of selection!" — Sunil Gavaskar on Vaibhav Suryavanshi🚨😡🗣️ "What are we doing with this boy? He is just 15 years old! At an age when kids are appearing for school boards, he is out there facing Jofra Archer at 145 clicks on damp, moving English decks. Yes, he struggled with his back-foot against the short ball, but that is completely expected for someone his age. If you didn't have the patience to give him a secure 5 to 10-match to absorb international parameters, why drop him into the firing line in the first place? A 15-year-old kid shouldn't be dealing with the complex politics of selection loops. You are testing his core before he is even legally allowed to drive a car!"show more

Which fact below was most interesting? 📏 It’s always... FlexFriday! 💪 The Ornate Octopus boasts arms that are 6 to 8 times the length of its mantle (body). Imagine having over 6 foot long arms; you’d never need a ladder again! 🪜 (~2 meters) 🛑 No Detachable Arms Here! While some octopus have the option of shedding a limb to escape danger, our Ornate friend doesn’t roll that way. Ex. The banded string arm octopus and the blanket octopus have these biological perforated break lines just in case they wanna leave a bit of their arm or cape behind to confuse prey… But nope, no arm autotomy for this octo! It’s all or nothing. 🚫✂️ 🕸️ Less web, More Speed 🐙 💨 Check out the lack of webbing between those arms! The web is super shallow, with the deepest part being around 10% of the arm length. Shallow webs can offer increased agility and speed. Think of it like wearing fingerless gloves instead of mittens; you get more dexterity and freedom of movement! 🖐️✨ 🍭 YoWza! Sucker Central! You might find a whopping 300 to 400 uniform sized suckers on each of their arms (except the males shorter mating arm curled up on the right! See it?). Talk about grip strength! Compare that to the giant pacific octopus who has around 240 suckers of varying sizes on each arm 🎨 Dressed to Impress! Sporting a red-brown hue with paired white spots running down their arms, this handsome octo has arms for days! Check out those glowing white rings just above each sucker 🤩 With colors ranging from brown to Darth Maul red, paired with white spots and ridged stripes on its head, it’s like a squishy Stegosaurus decided to take a dip in the ocean! 🌊🦖 🤔 Why the Arm Variety Show? While the deep-sea scrolls don’t spell out the exact reason for the varying arm lengths, we can make a guess! Those long front muscular arms? Perfect for sneaking into tight spots, snagging a snack, or giving their surroundings a good feel. Long arms might just be the secret agents for special octo-missions. 🕵️♂️🦐 If ya read this far, comment “Ornate” below!show more

This is Trump’s America. Rev. David Black, a Presbyterian... minister from Chicago, stood peacefully outside an ICE facility with his arms outstretched, praying for mercy and repentance. Within seconds, federal agents opened fire on him. Seven chemical-filled pellets were fired in rapid succession, hitting him in the head. They then reported laughed at him. “I extended my arms, palms outstretched toward the ICE officers, in a traditional Christian posture of prayer and blessing,” Black said. “Without any warning, I was suddenly fired upon.” This is how the Trump administration now treats public expressions of faith, by gassing pastors in prayer. And Rev. Black says it’s not an isolated act, but something “happening every day in Broadview.” A pastor praying for peace was met with violence. Let that sink in.show more

4 separate handball incidents Connor Barron- • Gets the... ball hit at him and accidentally hits his arm while his body is turned • The ref doesn’t see it • Nobody claims it and the game plays on • There’s another 2 phases of play, including Aberdeen TOUCHING the ball • VAR pull it all the way back to disallow the goal Lawrence Shankland- • Intentionally controls the ball with his arm • Hearts go up the park and score • Shankland barely celebrates and openly says “it’s a handball” about 5 times • VAR “check” it and allow the goal • Then Shankland celebrates it Gogic and Trusty handballs- • After getting a penalty vs Celtic for Sterling’s “handball” they set the bar that anything going on target, hand away from the body, accidental or not, it’s a penalty. Also the fact Dundee conceded a penalty for a handball offence with a pass going away from goal the same day 😂 The ONLY thing that’s the same in all these incidents is they benefit any team up against Rangers.
