On the Embakasi Gas Plant fire incident, I personally... called NEMA several times to ask them two questions. 1. Why there was a gas handling factory operating next to a residential area? 2. How did the company get a permit to operate next to a residential area given the hazards it poses? This was next to my place in Nyayo and let me tell you, I just woke up to realize I escaped death last night but unfortunately my friend Allan didn't. I remember one evening we were watching with him Herman Manyora's daily clips explaining how Ruto will not become President, that night we had a very long conversation with him on the danger that this gas plant posed to the community and eventually I told I'm moving out. You can imagine the last two months I lived in that house, I didn't step into my balcony or even open windows of my house et-al?, I couldn’t handle the smell of the gas anymore mahn. A shock came just a day before my birthday.... For the past 4 days, I wasn't feeling well. On Friday, I decided to go for a full-body check-up. The reports came in yesterday, and my hunch was right. It wasn't just laziness and tiredness I've been diagnosed with the early stages of jaundice. My liver is weak, and I can't eat oily food. No protein. No gym. Only rest and boiled bitter gourd and boiled bottle guard😭 Today is my birthday. I slept for 3 hours and woke up feeling tired and weak. I didn't want to go out and celebrate, but around 9,but my mum and dad were all dressed up and waiting. So I got up, tore the tags off my new pair of pants and shirt, and we went to a low-key restaurant. I'm glad I did. I'm feeling much better now. This is how I celebrated my 28th birthday. 😅show more

I don't remember last time I personally played day... 1 early access game (or even full release game) without any issue for me personally. Maybe Kingdom Come. I know some people have issues with wheel but as said I'm talking about my experience atm. Compare to LMU, AC Evo, AC1, ACC I was very suprised how well everything worked for me and played like finished game instead of EA...😱 I very like where AC Rally is going and very much looking forward what they bring in the future. I need your help. Please don't judge me. ❤️... My mom had a bypass heart surgery 6 days ago. The surgery was successful, but recovery definitely needs attention. And in all this... I made one impulsive decision. I adopted two kittens. 🐱 I absolutely love cats. in 1 days, they are litter trained... And I got multiple things for them. But just after one day... I felt completely overwhelmed. Not because I don't love them. But because I realized something about myself. I'm a person who needs a lot of space. I love sitting alone. I love thinking. I even love doing... nothing. Yesterday, I didn't get that space even for a few minutes. And I realized how important that is for me. Then my brain started asking questions I wasn't ready for... If I can't be a cat mom... Should I ever think of getting married? Should I ever think of becoming a mother? Am I someone who is running away from responsibility? Or am I simply someone who needs a lot of personal space? A few of my friends also pointed out that my mom is more prone to infections during her recovery, and maybe this isn't the right time to have kittens at home. Now I'm genuinely confused. Should I keep them? Or should I find them a loving home while it's only been two days? Please help me think. Because right now... well, didn't die, but i kinda almost did. kinda... scary and it was my first real "wtf I'm not invincible" moment. it honestly messed my head up, I'm still processing it and kinda depressed about it. today was my first day being able to do anything physical at all. I walked for 30 minutes on a treadmill. tomorrow I'll try some very light compound lifts just for movements sake.
