Ibadan North in 7 years has more than N25 billion Ibadan South West has more than N25 billion... Oyo State in 7 years has gotten N778.8 Billion. Which means IF State Governors allow funds for LGAs to work for LGAs under them, they will not have much trouble because they can concentrate with weightier matters at the State level with State FAAC.... But. why are they not allowing LGA FAAC to be used in each LGA? Pick any LGA in Oyo State and convince yourself that that particular LGA has enjoyed anything close to N20 billion allocation in 7 years be it in Road infrastructures, Primary Schools, Primary Health Care Centres, Parks, gardens, Street lights etc..... THAT IS THE AGENDA. If 33 LGAs have average of N24 billion in 7 years, that will be equal to N792 billion so far FOR LGAs in one State. Ok, divide it into two, take one part and USE one part for the LGAs, you will see miracle PHCs, Roads, Gardens and Parks, Recreation Centres, Good primary and Secondary Schools......
