I still don't understand why everyone is not using... this yet. Thanks to it, a year ago I increased my income to 17,000 dollars a month Andrey Karpathy, co-founder of OpenAI, published a simple idea that got 16 million views: stop using AI to write code, use it to build a second brain You point Claude Code to a folder, drop any source in there (an article, transcript, PDF) and Claude reads it, links it, and saves it into a living wiki of everything you know. It compounds like interest: the more you feed it, the smarter it gets Here is the gist: Install Obsidian, create a vault, open it in Claude Code Paste the file with Karpathy's wiki idea and tell Claude to build it Claude creates three folders: raw for sources, wiki for its pages, CLAUDE which runs everything Drop any source into raw and say "ingest this" Ask questions across everything, forever Five minutes to set up, and you never start with an empty chat again The full step-by-step guide is in the article. the system our agency uses to produce ad creatives... for paying b2b clients is now written down in a free doc. it's a claude code build. one intake form takes the icp, pain, offer and cta, and it returns 100+ finished meta statics, each one a different concept with the message designed inside the artwork. the doc is the full build, not a summary: > all 20 prompts in build order, each a complete brief you paste as written > the 80-entry template and visual metaphor library, with the seed entries claude code expands for you > the fire-and-forget layer, so batches finish with the laptop closed and archive themselves before provider links expire > a worked example from a real ad copy to a folder your media buyer can upload straight to ads manager the wall in this video came off one run. the whole build takes about 2 hours. like + comment "ENGINE" and i'll dm you the doc. Karpathy method + Claude Code reading your whole Obsidian... vault is the smartest second brain on earth. The method is simple and brutal. If you can’t build a thing from scratch, you don’t know it. Tutorials are fake learning and your brain deletes them in 3 days. Most people ignore this. They build a second brain that just sits there, folders of notes nobody reopens, dead text. Point Claude Code at the vault and it wakes up. 5,000 notes, one mind. It reads all of it and answers in your own words and your own proofs, not a model’s guess. Then the loop closes. Want to understand neural nets? Skip the 3-hour video and ask Claude Code to build a tiny one. 200 lines from scratch. Watch it train, break a layer, watch it fail, fix it. It clicks in 20 minutes instead of 3 weeks. The second it lands the note gets written. One idea per file, linked to 10 others, dropped into the vault while the memory is still hot. Now it compounds. Month 1: is 60 notes. Month 6 is 900. Every new note pulls in old ones, so you ask anything and the answer comes from your brain, not the internet. Before: 40 tabs, 6 half read PDF, 0 retained. After: build it once, own it for life. Setup takes 4 minutes. Plain text, no lock-in. A second brain nobody reads is a graveyard. Yours just started thinking.show more

🚨SPACEX DIDN'T ACQUIRE CURSOR FOR TALENT A rocket company... buying software for the largest startup acquisition in history Here's what almost nobody realizes: They didn't buy a talent or a coding app. They bought the data underneath it. Cursor's users generate ~150 million lines of code a day. Every keystroke is a record of how real engineers build and fix software The exact raw material to train an AI that can code. You can't buy that on a market. You have to own the thing that produces it. So SpaceX bought a permanent data firehose for Grok. The product is almost a side effect. The entire $60B was covered by a fraction of their market-cap gains since the IPO This is a catch-up bet with Anthropic and openAI You see how they are slowly building it don't you?show more

It’s that spark of excitement at the start, but when it fades, you’re left with two choices. You either build discipline, or you slip back into old habits. Visa just gave your AI a debit card. A... real, spendable Visa card created by an AI chatbot in under 10 seconds. No human types in a card number or visits a checkout page. The machine handles it all. A tool called AgentCard just went live on Claude Desktop Anthropic’s AI assistant. You say create a card and the AI generates a one-time virtual Visa, preloaded with whatever amount you set. Then it spends it, anywhere Visa is accepted on your behalf. Visa, Mastercard, Google, Stripe, OpenAI, and Anthropic have all been building toward this moment for over a year. Visa calls it the trusted agent protocol, Mastercard calls it agent pay. Google published an open standard for agent payments and the infrastructure is already live. Santander and Mastercard just completed Europe’s first real AI‑agent payment in a live banking environment Now the part no one wants to talk about. Your AI agent can be manipulated and prompt injection a known, unsolved vulnerability can trick an agent into buying things you never asked for. The agent holds the card, makes the call and the agent can be fooled. Who is liable when an AI makes a bad purchase? You? Anthropic? Visa? The merchant? No one has answered this yet, regulators haven’t caught up, and no court has tested it.show more

claude fable 5 now watches every city for new... pool permits. the law makes every one of those owners buy a fence. so it mails them their finished backyard before the pool is even filled. this demo is real: the satellite still shows their old ring pool, the permit already replaces it with an in-ground build and claude caught it days after filing. here's the system you can sell to contractors: - monitors the city's pool permits in real time (free public data) - pulls the satellite photo of every permitted address - vision-checks the yard, rejects the bad leads - renders that backyard 3 ways: fence, rebuilt yard, night swim - prints the law on a postcard: "your pool can't pass inspection without a 48in barrier" - mails it to the owner with a QR per trade fence company, landscaper, lighting contractor, three retainers from one system and new permits drop every week. reply "POOL" + RT and i'll send you a free guide so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM you)show more

Code Interpreter in ChatGPT is incredible! Took me 5... mins to make this game. You can make your own game assets with any AI generator and then ask GPT-4 with Code Interpreter to write code. If you have any problems you can ask it to fix the errors. 1. Write this prompt: "write p5.js code for Asteroids where you control a spaceship with the mouse and shoot asteroids with the left click of the mouse. If your spaceship collides with an asteroid, you lose. If you shoot down all asteroids, you win! I want to use my own textures for the spaceship and for asteroids." 2. Go to Openprocessing website create and save sketch (you'll need to save it before uploading any texture files). Copy paste code from GPT-4 3. Generate texture files and remove backgrounds, for example in Clip Drop 4. Replace names of files with your filenames 5. Run the program 6. If something doesn't work ask GPT-4 to fix it (you can copy an error and paste in GPT-4) like you would ask a human programmer 7. To learn a bit of programming write these prompts to GPT-4: "Act as my programming teacher. Tell me an algorithm of Asteroids game in detail and make names of functions and explain what each of these functions will do. Don't write the code just yet." and then " Can you describe the algorithm overall for a 10-year-old child"show more

a moonshot engineer leaked the benchmark anthropic, openai and... xai all buried the same week: kimi k3 beat opus 5, gpt-5.6 and grok 4.6 at $0.94 a task. stop paying anthropic $200 a month for opus 5 and openai $200 for gpt-5.6 when kimi does the same work for $8 the leak showed kimi k3 winning 9 of 12 categories against opus 5, gpt-5.6 and grok 4.6. within 48 hours all three labs quietly pushed pricing pages and one very specific comparison chart off their sites. nobody announced anything. they just deleted, which tells you everything the four numbers they scrubbed: cost per task · $0.94 vs $1.80 -> opus 5 charges $1.80 to finish one task. gpt-5.6 $1.04. grok 4.6 $0.61. kimi k3 $0.94 and it landed 487 of 500 clean -> anthropic is billing you double for a model that lost the benchmark it paid to promote the weights · free, sitting on huggingface right now -> the entire model is a public download. pull it, keep it, run it forever, nobody can switch it off -> a model you can hold cannot be rented at $200 a month. that single fact is what three labs deleted a chart over the switch · one line of bash -> moonshot ships an anthropic-compatible endpoint. one env variable and claude code points at kimi -> same cli, same keybindings, same /model. you change a url, opus 5 never knows it lost the seat the bill · $400 down to $8 -> opus 5 max plus gpt-5.6 pro is $400 a month. kimi runs the same daily work for $8 metered -> that is a 98% cut for output that beat both of them 9 categories to 3 here is the part they will fight me on: the frontier tax died the week this leaked and all three labs know it. once the weights are public the price has a ceiling, because anyone can serve the same model. anthropic, openai and xai are charging 2025 prices on a lead that ended in a benchmark they deleted instead of answered drop your $400/mo ai stack to $8. the run above is kimi k3 finishing the task opus 5 bills $1.80 for. the full breakdown is in the article belowshow more

I just built a Google Ads Builder in Claude... Code that turns one URL into a complete, launch-ready campaign 🤯 Point it at your website and it builds the whole Google Search campaign — keywords, ad groups, every headline, the negative list — structured the way a good paid-search manager would. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need Search live but don't have days to build it right. If you're staring at a blank Google Ads account, researching keywords one browser tab at a time, writing 15 headlines per ad group to a 30-character limit, guessing at a negative list while budget quietly leaks on junk clicks... This builds the entire campaign from a single input — your homepage URL: → Reads your site and works out what you sell and who for → Groups keywords into tight, high-intent ad groups → Writes every Responsive Search Ad — 15 headlines, 4 descriptions, to Google's exact limits → Builds a negative-keyword list so you stop paying for junk clicks → Adds sitelinks, callouts, match types, bidding, and a budget split → Exports a Google Ads Editor CSV you import in one click No blank-account paralysis. No keyword rabbit holes. No character-counting 60 headlines by hand. What you get: → A launch-ready campaign from just your URL → Tight ad groups built for Quality Score, not a keyword dump → Every ad written to Google's limits and policy → A one-click CSV import plus a full campaign dashboard Built 100% in Claude Code. No API keys, no Google Ads login. And I'm not sending a playbook this time — I'm giving the whole skill away for free. The actual file. Install it and build your own campaign in 5 minutes. An Anthropic engineer watched me trade from across the... table at a WeWork in SF I had my laptop open. Four agents running. Green charts. Live trades scrolling. He was on a Zoom call. Muted himself. Walked over. "Are you running Claude against live prediction markets right now" I told him. Claude Code. Two repos. $25 a month. He pulled up a chair. "I helped build the model you're using. I've never seen anyone wire it to live trades like this" I showed him the dataset. 86 million trades. Every wallet. Every entry. Every exit. He stared at it. "We tested this internally. You give Claude a dataset and don't tell it what to look for. It finds the winning wallets. Then it finds WHY they win. Then it copies the pattern. We never shipped it because legal killed it" I told him I did exactly that. One weekend. Claude Code found the exit logic on its own. Top wallets exit before resolution 91% of the time. They capture 86% of expected value. Cut losers at 12%. Everyone else captures 58% and holds to 41%. "That's the exact finding from our internal eval. Except ours took a team of eight and four months" I showed him the scanner. Three commands. 500+ markets. No API key. Claude scores them all in 20 minutes. "You're using our model to beat markets we're not allowed to touch. On infra that costs less than my lunch" My setup: Claude API - $20/mo VPS - $5/mo poly_data - free polymarket-cli - free 214 trades. 74% win rate. +$9,400. 19 days. I showed him the full breakdown. Every repo. Every command. Every dollar. Copytrade here: He read it for five minutes. Then looked up. "If my manager sees this he's going to lose his mind. You just proved our model works in production and we've been sitting on it for a year" He DM'd me that night. "Take this down before someone at Anthropic finds it" Too late.show more

You don't understand... Higgsfield MCP + Claude just automated... AI film making. Every single step you used to grind through to make an AI movie, you can now do 10x faster. Drop the script into Claude Opus 4.8 and say: "Here's my script. Break it into a full shotlist. Shot number, scene, shot type, camera move and the action in each frame." Now the whole film is mapped, shot by shot. - Pull your assets. Ask Claude: "From this shotlist, list every character, every location and every prop across the whole film." That's your build list. The stuff you would need to generate and give as references in next steps. - Build the character sheets. Higgsfield MCP is connected, so Claude has hands now to do stuff directly. It generates the images itself. Have the full body, back view and close up in the character sheet. One per character. Each sheet becomes the locked reference for that face. Same move for locations, generate the empty plate for each one before anyone steps into it. - Generate the frames. Feed Claude the references plus the shot and have it write and fire the Seedance 2.0 prompt. "Using the lead's character sheet and the alley plate, generate shot 4 in Seedance 2.0. Low angle, slow push-in, rain." Claude builds the prompt, calls Seedance 2.0 and the frame lands back in chat. Use a Seedance 2.0 skill to teach Claude how to prompt it properly. Now, there are 3 ways to make the shots. Pick one per scene. - Pure prompting. Fastest one. You describe the action in words and let Seedance interpret it. For consistency across a sequence, feed it a frame from the previous shot so the look carries. - Storyboarding. You hand it a panel and it matches that composition exactly. Way more control over how the shot is framed. The tradeoff is that it can introduce more cuts than you actually want. - Path Control System This is the latest technique Seedance 2.0 technique. Generate a still base plate of the scene. Draw a red line across it to mark the exact path of the movement, then describe what's happening. Seedance follows that line for the action. Also ask Claude to remove the red line when animating. This is the one for anything where motion has to land precisely. The output reads like real live action. - Lastly, generate every clip you need, then cut them together. Get it to Capcut for editing and audio design. And that's it. The pipeline that used to need a full crew and a studio can now run from one Claude chat. 2026 is gonna be wildshow more

ClickUp now employs over 100,000 AI AGENTS for our... customers. This is from just THREE WEEKS of customers vibe coding full-blown teams of agents, THEMSELVES. BUT there's a problem. Since Super Agents are built agnostically, horizontally, and deeply capable with human-level abilities, you can literally build an agent for anything. We found that MOST of our customers have NO CLUE where to start. This is their very FIRST TIME EVER managing an agent. What I recommend is starting with a PROBLEM. Everybody can think of a problem they have. Just tell Super Agent Builder about your problems... about where you're WASTING time... about what you WISH you could do but you can't because of resource constraints. We've also found that human FEEDBACK and iteration are KEY. After agents are done with their jobs, give them feedback... Was it good? Was it bad? What do you want to see differently? They AUTOMATICALLY SELF-IMPROVE. Every time, they'll continuously get SMARTER. Personally, I find that agents go from AVERAGE intelligence to SUPER-human intelligence within about a month of working with them. Super Agents have truly democratized productivity, empowering literally anyone to build personalized, powerful agents in minutes. What problems do you wish you could solve? What do you not have enough time to get done? What would you like to do but don't have the resources for? What busy work do you wish you could get rid of?show more

Claude Fable 5 is insane for voice-of-customer research 🤯... I just built a Claude Code skill that catches your customers quoting your own ads back to you. It reads your reviews, cross-references every recurring phrase against your website + ad copy, and sorts your "voice of customer" into three piles: Planted, category-standard, organic gold. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and creative strategists who brief ads off review mining. If you're pulling ad copy from your reviews, some of that language is real customer voice, some of it is your own tagline, and every time you re-use it, you're marketing to yourself a little harder. This skill breaks the loop: → Drop in any review export (Judge .me, Okendo, Amazon, Shopify) → It scrapes your site + ad copy automatically → Every recurring phrase gets 3 forensic tests (overlap, independence, category) → Verdicts come with receipts: counts, sources, confidence levels → Dark-mode dashboard + 5 ready-to-test hooks from the gold pile No API keys. No pip installs. No copy-paste prompt rituals. What you get: → The "planted" list — phrases you taught your customers (stop briefing off these) → The organic gold list — language customers use that your ads never have → 5 hooks built from real customer phrasing → A dashboard your whole team can read Runs 100% in Claude Code Want full playbook for free? > Like this post > Comment "Claude" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)show more

I just built a Meta Ads diagnostic in Claude... Code that tells you WHY your account broke, not just what changed 🤯 It spins up a team of agents that each investigate a different reason performance dropped, then argue against each other to kill the wrong answer before it ever reaches you. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who panic-kill creative the second CPA spikes. If you've watched ROAS fall off a cliff and opened Ads Manager with ten tabs going, you already know what happens next. Your gut says "creative fatigue." You kill your best-performing ad. A week later performance is still broken, because that was never the problem. Guessing wrong is the most expensive move in paid social. This workflow ends the guessing: → One agent investigates each competing theory — creative fatigue, budget and delivery changes, traffic quality, offer and seasonality → Each one is blind to the others, reasoning only from its own slice of the data so they can't bias each other → A refuter agent then attacks every surviving theory and tries to kill it → A theory only stands if the data can't disprove it → You get a ranked diagnosis: the real cause, the evidence for and against it, and the one move to make this week No anchoring on the first obvious answer. No killing winning creative on a hunch. No "here's what happened" reports that never tell you why. What you get: → Every theory tested in parallel instead of one biased guess → An adversarial pass that kills the wrong answer before you act on it → A ranked diagnosis with confidence levels and evidence both ways → A reusable workflow you drop next month's export into and re-run Built 100% in Claude Code with the new dynamic workflows. The first account I ran it on looked like textbook creative fatigue. The workflow disagreed, and traced the real cause to a budget change that had doubled spend and flooded delivery with junk traffic. I put together a full playbook with the exact workflow, the prompt, and how to run it on your own account. Anthropic Just Shot Itself in the Foot Anthropic launched... Fable 5 and Mythos 5, then watched the US government shut them down three days later. The same government their CEO Dario Amodei has been begging for years to regulate AI harder. Now he got exactly what he asked for. This is straight-up leadership failure. Dario spent all that time pushing for rules and oversight. Those rules just killed his flagship models overnight. Customers in the middle of builds got cut off. Security teams using the models to find vulnerabilities suddenly had nothing. The company tried to call it a narrow export control thing over a jailbreak, but nobody is buying that spin. I helped move big clients off Anthropic the same night. One account alone was worth millions a month. They switched to local open-source models and they are not coming back. This is going to leave permanent damage. Customer exodus, key people leaving, and their IPO plans looking dead by the end of summer. This hurts US AI competitiveness and national security work. It pushes people toward open-source options, including ones from China. All because Anthropic positioned itself as the “safe and responsible” company that wanted government help. Now that help just flipped the off switch on their best stuff. Let’s run through Dario’s greatest hits of fear-mongering and delay tactics, because the pattern is ridiculous: • Back in 2019 at OpenAI, he helped push the call that GPT-2 was too dangerous to release fully. The world needed time to prepare, they said. It eventually came out anyway, and here we are. Did the sky fall? • He left OpenAI to start Anthropic, preaching “safe” AI with heavy guardrails, Constitutional AI, and all the rest. • Then came the endless public pleas for pauses, regulations, government audits, FAA-style oversight, export controls, and the power to block deployments. Essay after essay warning about risks while his company kept scaling. • Right up to recent weeks, Dario was still out there calling for stronger rules, pauses on frontier models, and giving governments the kill switch. And now? His own Mythos-class models get yanked by the bureaucracy he helped invite in. The clown show is complete. This is ridiculous. In two years, everyone will have Mythos-class AI — or better — running in their pocket, on their devices, with no guardrails, no corporate nanny filters, and no remote kill switch. Local, open-source, unstoppable. History is going to laugh at this entire episode: the CEO who spent years slowing everyone down only to watch his own company self-destruct by inviting the regulators to the party. Dario wanted regulation. He got it. The rest of the industry gets the lesson: inviting the state into your tech is a fast way to lose control of it. Centralized models like this are too fragile. Open-source and local alternatives just picked up a lot more users who will never trust a company like Anthropic again. This whole mess was completely avoidable. Hubris dressed up as safety advocacy. Now the bill is due.show more

"Heavy lifting is dangerous at your age" is the... most harmful sentence in the field, and a doctor, a physio or a well-meaning relative hands it out every day. Follow it and watch what it does. From your forties you lose muscle every year unless you fight for it. That decline is the whole game: the difference between carrying your own shopping at 80 and waiting for someone to carry it for you. Muscle you don't load shrinks. Bone no longer pulled on turns brittle. Balance you never challenge drains away. Two years of "taking it easy" and you have built the exact frail body everyone feared. The advice didn't prevent the fall. It built the person who couldn't survive one. And here is the lie inside it. Supervised resistance training has one of the lowest injury rates of anything an older adult does. Lower than gardening. Lower than a wet pavement. Lower than the stairs you climb without thinking. So instead they steer you to pilates, aqua aerobics, a gentle tai chi class. Pleasant, sociable, and none of it loads a muscle hard enough to stop it wasting. You feel active while the decline rolls on regardless. Strength is not vanity at this age. It is the garden you kneel in, the stairs you keep, the grandchild you lift. Independence with the years added on. Frightened of a barbell? Fine. You don't need one. Machines are built for exactly this. Fixed path, nothing to wobble sideways. You sit, you're supported, you push. When a set gets hard you stop, and the machine holds the weight, not your spine. A leg press loads your legs as heavy as you'll ever need with almost no way to hurt yourself. Same with a chest press, a row, a pulldown. The decline is coming for everyone. You train against it or you hand years of your life away. The safest tool for the job sits unused in every gym, while the people who need it most get a rubber band and a spot in the church hall. Careful is what's killing them.show more

Replit, Vercel, and OpenAI have built very cool agent-native... applications, but nobody else has passed the demo stage. Building agents that work is complex. Teams aren't shipping agents because we don't have good tooling yet (and most of us don't know how to do this well.) A couple of days ago, the CopilotKit🪁 team announced a collaboration with . You can now use LangGraph with CoAgents to build agent-native applications, and here is everything you need to know about that: CoAgents is fully open-source, and you can use it to do the following: • Human-in-the-loop to steer and correct the agent • Stream intermediate agent state • Real-time state sharing between the agent and the application • Agentic generative UI to build trust that the agent is on the right path Start this GitHub Repository: Thanks to the team for giving me early access and collaborating with me on this post.show more
