Most runners under-load their calves. Heavy calf raises fix... that. Runners usually do bodyweight single-leg raises and call it done. But your Achilles tendon takes massive load every stride. Bodyweight isn't enough stimulus to make it stronger. Heavy load is what drives the adaptation. I do these on leg day. 50kg in the hands, standing on a plate so my heels can drop below the toes. Focus points: → Full range of motion. Heels drop below the plate at the bottom, full extension at the top → Slow on the way down. (~2 seconds.) → Go bilateral when loading heavy. Single-leg has its place, but two legs lets you put real weight through the tendon → Don't rush the rep. This isn't a calf burner, it's a strength lift 3 x 8-10 reps. Train your calves in the gym so they can handle what running demands.show more

I’m writing this with a heavy heart… 💔 My... cat Biso has just become a mother to four tiny kittens, but she’s extremely exhausted and currently nursing. She urgently needs proper food and milk to stay strong and be able to feed her babies. I’m struggling and can’t provide everything they need on my own… Her four kittens depend on her completely, and if she doesn’t get enough nutrition, all their lives are at risk. Please don’t ignore my plea… any donation, no matter how small, can make a real difference and help save them. 🙏 Be the reason Biso and her babies survive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who helps or shares ❤️show more

One trader printing money with ClawdBot I’m not exaggerating.... What he built is pretty wild: He auto-trades BTC / ETH Focused on 15-minute up/down moves Catching CEX lags and inefficiencies No Wall Street setup No big team Just smart automation Profile: Copytrade: How it works: Short-term moves The system trades 15-minute ups and downs on major coins. It’s not long-term investing - it’s micro-timing. Exchange inefficiencies It looks for small price lags on CEXs and reacts fast. When there’s a mismatch, it jumps in. Scale & frequency 500+ trades per week. Each trade targets tiny edges. Those small gains stack and compound. The surprising part All of it came from prompting Claude to generate code. No dev degree needed. Bottom line High frequency Small edges Heavy compounding Automation over emotion.show more

Normalise RDL as a main movement. The Romanian Deadlift... (RDL) or Heavy Barbell Hip Hinge is a powerhouse exercise that has gained a lot of popularity among strength and conditioning coaches, powerlifters, and bodybuilders alike. This movement is often called an “athlete maker" in my mind due to its ability to build strength, muscle mass, and athleticism in both men and women. One of the primary reasons why the RDL is so effective for athletes is because it is triphasic, for the uninitiated meaning it involves three distinct phases of muscle action: eccentric, isometric, and concentric. During the eccentric phase, the lifter is lowering the weight, which creates tension and stress on the muscles, leading to greater muscle damage and adaptation. The isometric phase occurs when the lifter pauses at the bottom of the lift, holding the weight in a static position, which increases the time under tension and helps to build strength and stability. Finally, during the concentric phase, the lifter raises the weight, activating the muscles in a way that promotes greater hypertrophy. Compared to a traditional deadlift off the floor, the RDL places a greater emphasis on the posterior chain, specifically the proximal hamstring, glutes, and erector spinae muscles. The lift also engages the distal hamstring muscles in a nearly fully extended position, promoting greater muscle activation and strengthening. The RDL is an excellent way to develop strength and hypertrophy in these muscle groups, leading to improved overall athletic performance, including greater power, speed, and explosiveness. Given the numerous benefits of the RDL, it should be a main movement in any training program that aims to improve strength, muscle mass, and overall athletic performance. Incorporating heavy barbell hip hinge movements, such as the RDL, into your training regimen can help to promote better posture, improved mobility, and greater overall strength and athleticism. So, whether you are a powerlifter, bodybuilder, or athlete, consider adding the RDL to your training program to take your strength and athleticism to the next level.show more

🇮🇱🇵🇸 GAZA CEASEFIRE HITS NEW DEADLOCK: ISRAEL TELLS U.S.... “NO PHASE 2 UNTIL BOTH BODIES ARE BACK” Joint Red Cross + Qassam Brigades team is on the ground right now in Beit Lahiya (north Gaza, east of the Yellow Line) conducting a field search for the remains of one Israeli captive. Photos show Red Cross staff with heavy machinery clearing rubble under Palestinian flags; the operation is happening inside Israeli-controlled territory. Israeli officials have reportedly informed the U.S. that Tel Aviv will not move to Phase 2 of the ceasefire until the bodies of the 2 remaining Israeli captives still held by Hamas are recovered. Hamas official Husam Badran confirmed they currently hold exactly 2 bodies: one Israeli civilian and one foreign worker, openly stating Israel only cares about the Israeli one. Meanwhile, The Washington Post reports Trump’s proposal for an international force to secure Gaza is running into serious roadblocks, the biggest unresolved issue is Hamas disarmament, which participating countries refuse to touch. Bottom line: everyone says they want Phase 2, but the bodies and the guns are the 2 non-negotiable red lines that are still completely deadlocked. The search operation today is the closest thing to movement we’ve seen in weeks. Source: Al Araby, Walla, Washington Post, DropSite News (Snag? better headlines?)show more

One trader turned Polymarket into a money printer I’m... not exaggerating. His results are honestly hard to believe: he started with $5 and scaled it to $3.7M He’s not an insider Not friends with Trump or Musk He’s a programmer who wrote a script Profile → → I opened his script and was genuinely surprised No massive databases No insanely complex infrastructure Nothing “rocket science” level I spent 5 hours breaking down his strategy His FULL strategy: 1. “Free money” via NO bets The bot targets near-impossible outcomes and stacks small, high-probability wins. This isn’t gambling - it’s closer to systematic risk underwriting. 2. Logic arbitrage If event A must logically lead to event B, and the market hasn’t priced that in yet, the bot enters instantly. While you’re still reading the headline, the imbalance is already gone. No human can compete with that speed. 3. The real edge - sports and politics These markets are flooded with retail money and delayed or emotional reactions. The bot lives in the spread, clipping tiny profits from every mismatch. Scale matters Tens of thousands of micro-trades every month, each worth just pennies. Stacked over time, they compound into seven figures. Bottom line There’s a real bot war happening on Polymarket. Crypto markets are already slowed down by fees and heavy competition, but sports markets are still pure chaos - easy money for those who automate.show more

🚨 BREAKING: The sports 5m & 15m Polymarket Clawdbot... configuration with the strongest results just went public. This is NOT engagement farming. And it’s NOT fiction. If you’re trading on Polymarket, read this carefully. He reportedly started with around $100–200 and scaled it to roughly $2M.No insider access. No political backchannels. Just a developer who built his own script. Profile - Copytrade - Right now, it’s being called the fastest Polymarket copy-trading bot available. I went through the framework. No massive data pipelines. No absurd infrastructure. Nothing resembling rocket science. I spent 4–6 hours dissecting the full logic. The core strategy breaks down like this: “Free money” via NO positions The bot targets near-zero probability outcomes and accumulates a large number of small, high-probability wins. Not random betting — systematic risk harvesting. Logic arbitrage When outcome A logically guarantees outcome B but pricing hasn’t adjusted, it executes instantly. By the time a human reacts to the headline, the edge is gone. Humans can’t compete with that execution speed. The real edge — sports and politics These markets are dominated by retail flow and delayed emotional reactions. The bot clips small gains from repeated micro-mispricings. Scale is the edge. 2,958 trades on their own mean nothing. Combined, they compounded into roughly ~$2M in profit. Largest single gain: $1,464,152. Equity curve: nearly vertical. Bottom line: A silent bot arms race may already be unfolding on Polymarket. Crypto markets are saturated, slower, and fee-heavy. Sports and political prediction markets remain fragmented and inefficient — fertile ground for automation.show more

🚨THIS GUY FLIPPED $6 INTO $4 MILLION IN JUST... A WEEK!! This is NOT a clickbait or fake. If you’re trading on Polymarket, you MUST read it. He began with around $6-7 and somehow pushed it to ~$4M He’s not an insider Not buddies with Trump or Musk Just a coder who built his own script Profile → Copytrade → I went through his code and ngl, I was shocked No huge datasets No crazy complex infrastructure Nothing close to “rocket science” I spent roughly 4-6 hours dissecting his whole setup His FULL strategy: 1. “Free money” through NO bets The bot hunts near-impossible scenarios and stacks tons of tiny, high-probability wins. This isn’t gambling - imo it’s more like systematic risk farming 2. Logic arbitrage If event A clearly leads to event B, and the market hasn’t priced it yet, the bot jumps in instantly. While u’re still reading the headline, the inefficiency is already gone. No human can match that speed, tbh 3. The real edge - sports and politics These markets are packed with retail money + slow, emotional reactions. The bot lives off the spread, clipping tiny profits from every small mismatch Scale matters Tens of thousands of micro trades every month, each bringing just cents. Stacked over time, they compound into 7 figures Bottom line IMO, there’s a silent bot war happening on Polymarket Crypto markets are already crowded, slow, and fee-heavy, but sports markets are still pure chaos - easy money for those who automate.show more

Ferrari’s $640k Luce EV is straight-up embarrassing, looks like... a fancy Prius that costs as much as a small fleet of actual rockets. That video hits hard: top panel, this red Ferrari “Luce” they’re hyping at $640,000 with 2.5s 0-100 and 530km range. Bottom: some Chinese MGIM (or whatever IM Motors variant) for $43k that does 2.74s and 655km. One Ferrari buys you 15 of the Chinese ones that beat it on paper. Brutal. Ferrari completely botched this. They took their first proper EV, stripped out all the V12 screaming soul that actually justifies the stupid prices, and built a heavy four-door liftback with safe, Jony Ive-ish styling that could pass for a loaded Chinese exec sedan from half a block away. No drama, no aggression, just “most comfortable Ferrari ever” marketing fluff. Who the hell pays supercar money for that? It’s like they forgot what made them special and chased generic luxury EV vibes instead. This is exactly why Ferrari’s losing the plot in the electric world. Acceleration and range are now commoditized, you don’t get to charge Ferrari tax for specs that $40k cars match or crush. Tesla kicked the door down first: showed the world EVs could smoke supercars on the drag strip while pushing constant software updates and real innovation at scale. Then the Chinese (BYD, MG, Zeekr, Xiaomi, IM Motors) went nuclear, battery dominance, insane production speed, yearly refreshes, and they stuff premium features into cars that cost a fraction. 0-100 under 3 seconds? Ferrari’s hedging with hybrids and low EV targets because they know the truth: their heritage premium is getting absolutely demolished by spreadsheet reality. Tesla made high-performance EVs cool and accessible. China turned it into a ruthless value machine. Maranello’s overpriced electric mediocrity just proves the game’s changed and the old guard is still playing catch-up with badges instead of brains.show more
