These friends are out to eat at a fancy... restaurant. For desert, they ordered a chocolate piñata that they are supposed to break with a little mallet and enjoy. The instructions weren’t clear for what she was supposed to do, however she assumed that it was the plate she was supposed to hit and she hit it, broke it and it turned out to just be an actual dish instead of candy. However any person who saw this would figure out that it was the chocolate she was supposed to hit, was this the restaurant’s fault or was she just not paying attention, should she have to pay for that plate?show more
