Consistency has been hyped for years, yet usable solutions... remain scarce. Kling O1 is the first system I’ve used that delivers on reference alignment and cross-scene continuity. Lighter workflow, lower cost, and production-grade results all in one. This isn’t incremental progress; it reshapes the boundaries of practical content creation.show more

Most video tools can generate clips. Very few can... maintain identity. That has been the real bottleneck in AI video creation. Kling O1 changes that. For the first time, creators can carry a character, style, and visual language across scenes without constant fixes. You can reference past clips, assets, or images and the output stays consistently on-model. No visual drift. No rework loops. No “this doesn’t look like the last shot” moments. It feels less like prompting a tool and more like working with a creative collaborator that remembers context. The impact is practical, not theoretical: → Faster production cycles → Lower iteration costs → Noticeably higher output quality This is what mature AI tooling looks like. Not louder features. Not bigger claims. Just reliability where it actually matters. Consistency is no longer the problem.show more

AI video has changed so fast most people don't... realize it yet The average agency still charges $500 for one UGC ad with a real human, lighting setup, post-production, the works I just made one in under 20 minutes. Character, voice, scene, everything generated. Same output. 1/25 the cost. No casting, no shoots, no studio time. RT this and comment "prompt" and I'll DM you the exact workflow I used.show more

The AI video stack is leveling up. is integrating... Seedance 2.0 and this isn’t just a feature update. It’s a workflow shift. Seedance 2.0 isn’t about flashy one-off clips. It’s about controllable cinematic systems: - Consistent characters across scenes - Fluid camera choreography - Realistic lighting physics - Emotion-driven motion curves - Story-aware scene transitions Translation? You move from “prompt and pray” to structured AI filmmaking. For creators and brands, this compresses the entire production pipeline: Concept → Previs → Animation → Polished Output All inside one ecosystem. Lower friction. Higher narrative control. Faster iteration loops. The barrier to cinematic storytelling just dropped, hard. If you care about leverage in content creation, pay attention. This integration changes the playing field. First time doing the Swiss bar bench press in... many years. Starting on the lighter side and will be gradually adding more weight over the coming weeks and months. Rebuilding my shoulder and getting it as functional as possible has been one of the greatest challenges I’ve ever faced, but I’ve never stopped. It’s been 10 years, and I continue to get better, stronger, and more capable. I have no regrets. I’ve avoided a shoulder replacement, I’ve avoided surgeries, and most importantly, I’ve refused to give up on myself. To anyone out there who has given up on themselves, I genuinely hope you find the strength to pick yourself back up and keep going. Progress doesn’t always happen quickly, but it does happen for those who refuse to quit. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!show more

Kling AI 3.0 is here And it’s a serious... step forward for AI video. This update isn’t about small tweaks. It’s about refinement, realism, and making AI video feel ready for real-world use. What stands out with Kling 3.0? Stronger visual quality. Movements feel smoother. Lighting looks more natural. Scenes feel intentional instead of generated. Better prompt understanding. You can describe complex scenes, moods, or camera directions, and Kling 3.0 interprets them with much more accuracy. Less trial and error. More usable results. Improved motion and consistency. Characters stay consistent. Objects behave logically. Shots flow more naturally from start to finish. Greater creative control. From product-style visuals to cinematic storytelling, Kling 3.0 gives creators the flexibility to move beyond simple clips and into structured, high-quality sequences. The difference is subtle until you see it, and then it’s obvious. AI video is evolving quickly, and Kling AI 3.0 shows how far the technology has come. It’s not just about generating video anymore. The past year has seen me have a renaissance,... in the truest sense… I won’t go into details now but will at some point before long. What has brought so much happiness to my life and those around me this past year has been my falling back in love with sport. Cycling has, and always will be, my number one. Yet I’d forgotten that I simply love sport, not for results but for the sheer joy of doing it, I’d completely forgotten that the health of my mind is intrinsically connected to the health of my body. I’ve rediscovered the love I had for sport that existed before the world of professional cycling took over in the way it did. I’ve been pushing myself and trying new things this past year, indifferent to the results, just out having fun and at times going deeper than I thought I was capable of anymore. Last week I got on a TT bike for the first time in a decade, Factor Bikes built me a bike, I’ve been looking at it for two years and decided it was time to get fitted, getting back on it felt like going home. Anyway, the long and the short of this is that it’s inspired me to create a club to inspire and be inspired. A community for us to share our love for getting out there and doing it, because I’ve realized that although I spend most of my sporting life on my own I derive the most pleasure when feeling part of something. It’s in its early days, I’ve called it Sporting Club CHPT3 aka SCC3, I’d love you to check it out and join. It’s still in its infancy, but I hope it’s going to grow into something that will inspire you as much as me.show more

Watching all of this go down for the last... five months has been like watching 2020 happen all over again. That’s the only other time I’ve felt anything remotely like this—where the truth is so obvious almost immediately, yet masses of people fall for the lie. And keep falling for it. In Los Angeles, the response to COVID went on for two straight years without stopping. It was a constant battle, and it was exhausting. This feels just like that. But I pray it’s shorter lived.show more

I noticed something about most of the new Kling... 3.0 demos. Kling 3.0 Multi Shot doesn't cross the line! One of the major pain (expensive) points of making AI narrative films is that the coverage is all over the place and random shot grids are easily half unusable based on the traditional filmmaking coverage rules. This is my first dialogue scene with shot01 - wide shot, shot 02 - close up woman, shot03 - close up man AND KLING DID NOT CROSS THE LINE. Now the framing still could be tweaked to fit the standard conventions of traditional cinematography, that is where possibly tools like Martini could help out. But very impressed, I'm generating this video with Korean dialogue next. Kling AIshow more

Sitting here watching my Cybertruck charge with the mountains... of Utah in the background, it hit me again… I really believe this is the most beautiful Tesla ever made. Every angle is different. It looks futuristic without trying too hard, and it fits just as well in the middle of a city as it does surrounded by nature like this. What makes this truck special is so much more than just the stainless steel or design. For me it’s how capable and practical it is. Long road trips, hauling gear, camping, tough weather, and FSD… it feels like THE one vehicle built to do almost everything. I’ve owned and driven many Teslas over the years, and every one has been amazing in their own unique way, but the Cybertruck is the first one that genuinely makes me stop and look back every time I park it. Driving across the U.S. in this beast has only reinforced that feeling. And to me, the Cybertruck is the best vehicle Tesla has ever built.show more

Another night, another long arc east… London Heathrow Airport... to Hong Kong 🇭🇰, the Airbus A350 settling into cruise while the world slides quietly beneath us. Lately there’s been plenty of noise about GPS jamming and spoofing, so here’s the calm, practical version from the flight deck. Jamming is simply interference, other electronic noise overwhelming the GPS signal so a receiver can’t hear it properly. Spoofing is more mischievous, that’s nefarious actors broadcasting a false signal that tries to convince the receiver it’s somewhere it isn’t. Both can be inconvenient. Neither is new. And neither is a show-stopper for modern aviation. Airliners were navigating oceans long before satellites were part of the picture, using inertial reference systems, radio navigation aids, dead reckoning, time, distance, and a healthy respect for cross-checks. Today’s aircraft layer all of that together. If one element like the GPS becomes unreliable, the system doesn’t panic, it recognises it swiftly, dumps it, and reverts to one of the other systems. Crews verify, cross-reference, and carry on. That’s the quiet strength of modern aviation and aircraft, redundancy and judgement. No single sensor gets a veto. No single failure defines the outcome. The airplane doesn’t need GPS to fly safely; it uses it when it’s trustworthy and ignores it when it isn’t. From the cabin, the night looks serene. From the flight deck, it’s deliberate, systems monitored, assumptions questioned, margins protected. Just as it’s always been. If you’d like to learn more about GPS jamming and spoofing, and the tragic event that released this military system for civilian aviation, you can preorder my book JUMBO on Amazon or at any good bookstore. Today is Reisa's birthday! The ace, the hero, the... judge, the knight, the star, and probably a dozen more titles she has yet to announce, but just for today, maybe it is okay to simply call her Reisa. She is always the first to rush in and the loudest voice on the scene, yet on the way home she quietly worries whether she might have been a bother. It is not that she feels no fear. She charges in despite it, and that is what makes her truly remarkable. Whether she is dozing off on a bench or flashing a fearless grin while holding out a challenge letter, it is all the same person and the same sincerity. Why not visit her first today, Sensei. For someone who is always the one making the entrance, a day where someone comes to find her first might be the best gift of all. #BlueArchiveshow more

A 30-year-old Chinese man turned himself into an AI... girl, and the result will shock you He built a $3,700/month Fanvue business in his bedroom He didn't use wigs or cosplay. He used AI to build a completely new identity on top of his own footage Same room, same camera, but a totally different creator on screen His workflow is stupidly simple: Claude designs the character, ComfyUI generates the face, and Kling turns stills into viral reels In his first month, he barely cleared $320. But in the second month, one video hit 500,000 views Money started rolling in: he gained 50 paid Fanvue subscribers before any real automation even started The secret weapon? A custom Claude system that analyzes chat data, optimizes pricing, and drafts replies to fans in the girl's voice He only spends 30 minutes a day scheduling reels and running the machine This is no longer content creation. It is identity arbitrage The full workflow and tools he used are available in the articleshow more
