Albanese is an unmitigated liar. He claims he’s delivering... "Australia’s biggest-ever housing build." However, ABS data shows that fewer new dwellings are being approved now than a decade ago.Furthermore, the current number of new dwelling approvals is substantially below the average of the past decade. While Albanese has doubled the net migration rate, new dwelling approvals remain lower than they were a decade ago, even after three years in office. Yet, Albanese continues to lie to the Australian public, dishonestly claiming he is "delivering Australia’s biggest-ever build." You expect some spin, but this is another outright lie.show more

Chainlink overhauls its Build program, steering value to LINK... Chainlink just rewired how its Build program works. Rather than taking native tokens from the startups it supports, Chainlink Labs will now strike commercial deals paid in ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca, or in liquid assets converted to LINK, with proceeds funneled into the Chainlink Reserve. Stakers used to get free project tokens through Chainlink Rewards, about $20 million worth over time. That's ending now. The current season is the last, and claims close July 7. Chainlink frames it as "sustainable network economics," concentrating value in LINK rather than a basket of startup tokens.show more

The craft of engineering is rapidly changing. At Ramp,... we built our own background coding agent to accelerate faster. We call it Inspect. It wrote 30% of merged frontend + backend PRs in the past week. It’s powered by OpenCode, Modal and Cloudflare Developers. It runs fully in the cloud, and starts in seconds, letting every builder work at the speed of thought, no setup required. Today, we’re open sourcing the full blueprint so anybody can build their own Inspect. Just give our spec to your current coding agent, and let it build your new favourite.show more

【Dungeon Overdose Playtesters Wanted】 I’m looking for people to... playtest Dungeon Overdose. I’m a solo indie developer, and I’m opening up the current development build. And when I say “current development build,” I mean it. It’s not a polished demo. It’s not finished. It’s still being balanced and there are definitely things that might be confusing, unbalanced, or just bad. That’s exactly why I want you to play it. Tell me things like: “This is confusing.” “This is boring.” “Why does this system exist?” “You should change this.” Seriously, don’t hold back. When you’re developing a game by yourself, it’s easy to miss things that are obvious to someone playing from the outside. I can’t offer monetary compensation. But everyone who helps will be credited as a playtester in the staff credits of the full game. I don’t want you to play Dungeon Overdose after it’s finished. I want you to see it before it’s finished. Japanese and English are supported. If you’re interested, even if you just want to give it a try, DM me. #DungeonOverdose #IndieGame #IndieDev #GameDev #Playtestingshow more

JUST IN: 🇺🇸 America Is Building the Next Generation... Stinger The U.S. Army is developing a next generation surface to air missile designed to destroy small drones at longer ranges, with a target cost of under $150,000 per interceptor. The new missile is expected to integrate with existing air defense systems, outperform the current Coyote counter drone interceptor, and provide a reliable all weather alternative to laser based defenses. As drone warfare reshapes modern battlefields, Washington is racing to build the next generation of aerial defense.show more

UNDOCUMENTED PBE CHANGE: THEY REMOVED DFT + CLEAVER STACKING... ENTIRELY LMAO First off, this was a completely broken interaction and thank god Riot removed it, there was no way Smolder could be balanced with it in the game. This removal in combination with the nerfs he just got today will make him slightly worse than he was before DFT was introduced, which is probably a good place for him to be. Part of the reason why Smolder's winrate went up so much is that people started building correctly on him - Sorcery and Inspiration with ER + Cleaver or Hubris - instead of the shitty Fleet + ER + Shojin + RFC build that was most popular. Since people are (probably) keep building the right way, this winrate boost due to people building correctly is gonna stay while the actual power in his kit gets stripped away. Basically it turns out the current meta Smolder build was ALREADY HIS BEST BUILD before the broken cleaver interaction was introduced (and also I was already running it). Anyways TLDR: the most common build isnt always going to be the strongest, Riot did their job this time, META SLAVES CAn STOP FUCKING PLAYING SMOLDER, Smolder's best builds aren't changing, and im going back to first strike.show more

Asking a fit person what they do to stay... fit AND assuming that’s how they got fit is like asking a rich person how they maintain wealth and assuming that’s how they built it. The maintenance protocol and the building protocol are not the same thing. If you model the current behavior without the foundation, you’re solving the wrong problem. And yeah, the build takes some time… But once you get there? Maintenance is easy. If you want to start from the right place without trial and error, DM me “TRAIN”.show more
