Cycleway 4 has multiple floating bus stops. However since... the introduction of the cycleway, there has been a dramatic increase in usage, esp with children - cycling and scooting as well as less able. I can’t imagine pushing them back into the road to mix with vehicles.show more

When police arrived to question him, Ross acknowledged the accident but claimed the cyclists were in the roadway and blamed them for the collision.
