Design Engineering Tip Make hover interactions respond to where... the cursor actually comes from. Instead of revealing content with the same animation every time, detect the cursor entry direction and move the image + content accordingly. It makes a simple card feel much more spatial and responsive. const direction = getDirection(event, ref.current); const variants = { top: { y: 20 }, bottom: { y: -20 }, left: { x: 20 }, right: { x: -20 }, };show more

Design Engineering Tip: Don’t move objects at a constant... shape. As speed increases, stretch them in the direction of travel. The faster they move, the more they deform. Combined with easing and subtle motion blur, even simple animations can feel significantly more dynamic. const x = useMotionValue(0) const v = useVelocity(x) const scaleX = useTransform(v, [-1200, 0, 1200], [1.8, 1, 1.8]) const blur = useTransform(v, [-1200, 0, 1200], [3, 0, 3]) `blur(${b}px)`), }} />show more

Since Opus 4.8 is out and more and more... designers are getting into Design Engineering, I thought I’d share some of the interaction patterns I use most often: Use proximity, not just hover. When the cursor gets close, nearby elements can subtly scale and darken based on distance. It makes interfaces feel more responsive, less binary, and way more alive onpointermove = e => document.querySelectorAll(".dock>*").forEach(el => { const r = el.getBoundingClientRect(); const t = Math.max(0, 1 - Math.abs(e.clientX - r.x - r.width/2) / 120); el. style.scale = 1 + t * .5; });show more

I found 9 sites that generate Design Markdown files... for your AI builds ! here are the links: - - - - - - - - They help turn your visual direction into an actual design system your coding agent can follow. typography, colors, spacing, radius, shadows, components, states and responsive behaviour. before you build any screen, pick a visual direction and generate the design .md file aligned with your product mechanics and outcome goals add it to Claude Code or Cursor, then use /design to describe what should stay consistent across every screen this gives the agent actual constraints instead of asking it to “make the UI look premium” and hoping for a good output you'll ship much cleaner product ideations at lightning fast speed ! ( this and a folder of 5-6 visual references are the first things we prepare before starting a client build )show more

Get 60% OFF Pro Plan + 40% OFF Ultra... Plan on CapCut Desktop, Oct 20–30. The internet turned Jean Phil into a content machine. So I wanted to test the same creative loop: Start with an AI character. Build a scene around it. Turn it into a video. CapCut PC makes the workflow straightforward: AI Image creates the visual starting point. AI Video adds motion and storytelling. The final result is where the idea really comes alive. #capcutpc #capcutmarketing #capcutsale #capcutblackfridayshow more

004/100 Buttons. A bit of the process on building... an animation. When looking at a finished animation or in this example a finished button, it can look quite complex inside the CSS. But when building it, it’s more like a lot of simple steps, one after another. Here I had the idea to make some kind of text animation like the footer logo on the Osmo site. I try to add the base animation with no complex easing, for example transition: translate 0.4s ease. Starting with just moving the one text from bottom to top and the other text to top. Adding a stagger, play around with it. Searching for a way to make it more circular. On the research I found the sin() function inside CSS which can build a more smooth non linear curve for the stagger which creates this circular effect. And step by step adding more complexity like, different easing for hover/hover-out, opacity, 3D transform and more. I use also the sin() function to rotate the letters, so the middle ones are getting more rotated than the outer ones. Another thing which helps is to add a small delay on hover, for example 0.05s or 0.1s, you don’t really see the difference, but when you hover pretty fast on and out it doesn’t get that jumpy. I’m using here GSAP’s SplitText to split every char into spans. And then I’m adding a CSS index variable to every span, starting from the center. SplitText can provide CSS index variables, but you cannot tell it from which direction. For the sin() it’s also important to have a max length, so I add another CSS variable with the max char number on it. Crafting 100 Buttons with Osmo ⏳ Total time: 63hshow more

19-year-old from china makes $9,000/month designing product sites and... ships each one in an afternoon. here's his exact setup the whole thing runs on two tools that each do one job: > brief written by hand: 5 min > Moonchild builds the design system, then every screen from it: 20 min > MCP hands the design to Claude as real structure, not a screenshot: instant > Claude Code reads those exact tokens and builds the live app: 20 min > second Claude session reviews the build for drift: 10 min total: about an hour. screen five still matches screen one. no agency, no dev, no design team the trick is MCP. the design tool passes Claude the actual colors, components and layout, so it builds from the source instead of guessing from a picture. full pipeline, every prompt, in the article above.show more

Running slideshow pages pushing to affiliate offers is the... chillest business you can run >super low barrier to entry >not time consuming at all (2-3 hrs/day) >people make $30k/month doing it >actually pretty scaleable When I ran it I made $7k in my first week and it was probably the best time of my life If I was going to start again with $0 here’s exactly what I’d do in super simple terms: > Pick a desire Gen Z wants to achieve, the best ones are >More money >Saving money >Status (attraction) this one is easiest to go viral and monetise > Find the problem that stops people from achieving this desire and make content around that > Make a swipe file of viral slideshows and feed it to Claude > Use NBP to make the slideshows and make the images evoke comments (sweaty bum mark on the bench in a photo or something) > Study hook mechanism like: Hidden diagnosis - “You think it’s X when it’s actually Y” You can learn them from YouTube in about an hour >Produce volume: Have 20 Tiktok accounts posting 1 a day and push every slideshow to your domain >Get an offer from an affiliate network like Glitchy that matches your niche / pain your solving >Have your CTA in the actual slideshow positioned like it’s another tip Do this and no way you don’t get to $10k/monthshow more

Wan 3.0 is live on Magnific. One generation now... takes 20 references at once: 10 images, 5 audio, 5 videos. Not one style ref. Twenty. What that actually changes: Length : 2 to 30 seconds in a single pass. No stitching, no extending clip by clip and praying the character survives the cut. Native audio : voice, ambience and SFX generated with the video, not laid on top afterwards. Multiple ratios available , and adaptive the model composes for the frame instead of cropping into it. 10 image refs : a character, a product, a location and a lighting look can all hold in the same shot. ⚡ 40% off until September 30. The Y-chromosome bottleneck around 5,000–6,000 years ago, during which... 19 out of 20 male lineages went extinct on a global scale, coincides with the desertification of the Sahara and the Solovki geomagnetic excursion. The mainstream explanation that there was somehow a “First World Caveman War” makes little sense. What makes more sense is the possibility of a developed civilization that knew about the event and chose to save more females and fewer males, simply because the survivors could repopulate the planet more easily, as one male can have children with multiple females at once. That would actually be a very practical tactic during a global crisis event. The story of Noah also mirrors the Y-chromosome bottleneck, as Noah and his three sons passed on a limited number of paternal lineages, while Noah’s wife and the wives of his sons passed on multiple maternal lineages. In my opinion, this event may be connected to the story of Noah’s Flood.show more

i helped satisfy one of my coaching client's wives... last month there's this one windows setting that's secretly holding back thousands of league players it's called enhance pointer precision sounds good right? sounds like it makes your cursor more accurate it does the opposite it adds mouse acceleration. your cursor moves different distances based on how fast you move your hand move slow: cursor barely moves move fast: cursor flies across the screen so your muscle memory is fucked. your brain can never build consistent patterns. you're trying to learn micro but your cursor is literally different every single time you move it it's like trying to learn piano but every key is in a different spot each day this client was silver 4. adc main. mechanics looked drunk. cursor flying everywhere. overshooting targets. kiting looked like a seizure told him to turn it off instantly his cursor is 1 to 1. hand moves an inch, cursor moves an inch. every time. consistent. predictable. smooth his hands and fingers finally learned what consistency feels like two weeks later he's gold 3. mechanics cleaner. skillshots landing. kiting smoother then i get a message "bro my wife told me to thank you" i said "for helping you climb?" he said "nah bro. the mouse precision thing. helped with more than league" took me a second. i don't just coach league i help wives finish Study the Saskio wayshow more

One of the hardest parts of creative work is... knowing what an idea should actually look like. You might have a rough concept in mind, but the first version isn’t always the one worth pursuing. That’s why Burst Mode makes a lot of sense to me. Instead of spending too much time perfecting one prompt, you can start with a simple idea and explore up to 6 visual directions for just 1 credit, up to 10× faster. I like the idea of exploring broadly first, finding the direction that clicks, and then taking it further. Try it here:show more

I tried MiniMax Design (H3) to see how it... handles real content creation. The workflow is simple. You just write a prompt or drop in an image, and it turns that into a dynamic video with motion, framing, and scene depth. No timeline to manage. No editing setup. No back and forth. What stood out to me: • Text to video and image to video both feel smooth. • It handles motion, camera angles, and flow on its own. • Output is fast, usually within seconds. • Works well for reels, quick ads, storytelling, and idea testing. It removes the hardest part: starting from scratch and turns your ideas into content in minutes. Instead of thinking, “How do I make this video?” You start with, “What do I want to create?” That shift alone makes it worth exploring. Try it here: #Hailuoshow more

THIS CURLY CUTIE TURNS SIMPLE LIFESTYLE CLIPS INTO $12,800/MONTH.... Curly hair. Warm sunlight. A quiet ride. Simple outfit. No crazy location, no dramatic storyline, no complicated edit. She is just sitting there, looking around, letting the moment feel natural and somehow that is exactly what makes the clip work. The internet is overloaded with AI girls trying to look perfect. Perfect apartment. Perfect lighting. Perfect pose. Perfect everything. This one does the opposite. It feels like a tiny piece of someone's everyday life, which makes the viewer wonder what happens outside the frame. Where is she going? Who is she with? Why does this feel like a real moment? That curiosity is enough to keep the watch going. The creator behind the page turns that simplicity into a repeatable format: 3–4 short lifestyle clips per day across TikTok, Instagram and X, with different locations, outfits and everyday situations but the same recognizable character. The traffic then moves into a paid layer with subscriptions around $11.99–$17.99/month, plus premium content, tips and custom requests. The numbers stack up quickly: around 610 paying subscribers at an average of $13.50 brings in roughly $8,235/month, with another $4,565 coming from premium drops, tips and custom content. Total: $12,800/month. And that's the interesting part. She isn't doing anything extraordinary. She's just consistently interesting enough to make people stop. The curls get the first look. The lifestyle setting makes it believable. The character keeps people coming back. That's the real AI creator formula: Make the face recognizable. Make the lifestyle desirable. Make the content simple enough to repeat. One girl. One camera angle. Hundreds of everyday moments. And suddenly a simple lifestyle clip becomes a $12.8K/month content machine.show more

How can this be a coincidence? The biblical flood... wiped out the giants, and the Mesoamerican flood story describes the extinction of a giant race as well.
