According to Rob Shuter, Meghan Markle now reportedly has... a long list of demands if she’s to attend the Invictus Games! 🙄 SURPRISE, SURPRISE! Including allegedly requiring 4 floors of a hotel just for her staff. Instead of spending that money on veterans coming in, their accommodation, comfort, & well-being, it’s being diverted to satisfy diva-level demands so she can feel like a princess.🤣 This is the problem with a D-list actress who suddenly wants to behave like full royalty. Somehow, it always has to be about her. Do you remember that ridiculous parade where she was walking in front at the Invictus Games? What the heck is this?🤨 First, Meghan Markle’s audio... quality is horrifically bad and not even amateur, it’s worse than that. The part about Lili is barely understandable. It’s also so fake with her standing in the fake kitchen with a pristine white apron, which reinforces the idea that she doesn’t cook nor cares about her products. And the stupidity of continuing to believe that claiming her hostages, err family, can help sell these spreads by sharing their favorites is cringe in the extreme. For pete’s sake, she needs to show that her products are useful for something, beyond a scone and fingerprint cookies if she wants the crap to sell. Dear Invictus Games Foundation, You say the foundation exists... to support the recovery and rehabilitation of wounded, injured, and sick service personnel. Everyone agrees with that mission. No one is questioning the courage, sacrifice, or experiences of the veterans who compete. They deserve respect, recognition and the spotlight. But your statement tries to blur an important distinction. Questioning the direction, leadership, or public image of the Games is not the same as diminishing the experiences of injured veterans. Criticism of how Invictus is being presented is not criticism of the men and women who served. By suggesting that questioning anything around the Games is “disrespectful,” you effectively shield the organizers and the celebrity figures attached to it from scrutiny while placing veterans in front as a moral barrier. If the focus truly belongs on courage, recovery and camaraderie, then the spotlight should remain firmly on the competitors themselves. Yet increasingly the public narrative around Invictus revolves around Prince Harry and especially Meghan Markle, who is neither a veteran nor a participant in the Games. When coverage of an event meant to honor wounded service personnel becomes dominated by Meghan Markle’s appearances, wardrobe and personal publicity moments, it is fair for people to ask why. Especially when she does not even wear Invictus merchandise to promote the Games while reportedly spending lavishly on personal presentation during the events. If Invictus truly believes the focus should remain on those who served, then the simplest solution is obvious. She’s trying to get it dismissed before it goes to discovery. Put the paperwork in AI it will give you the specifics. We all knew it was coming. The money it takes to fight these suits is insane. She’d be stupid to not try to get it dismissed. And Tennessee has more laws protecting public figures so it would be easier to get dismissed than in Delaware (that doesn’t) with the Macrons. I still think more happened yesterday. And the way she was acting just gives me this maybe it for a bit. Maybe I’m wrong but I knew yesterday something was up. Her video seemed more directed at making her last claims on everyone than continuing the attack. There was nothing there for an emergency video. She’s heavily pregnant, she’s run out of material, she’s being sued and the cases are coming up, she has 4 kids about to be 5 and you can only attack people so long with the same accusations. When the host handed her the pen for the camera marker, she received it with both hands and gently thanked to the host. The pen cap fell off, but before she could pick it up, she was called to begin filming. After finishing the camera marker video, she quietly ran back, picked up the pen cap, closed it properly, and returned to sit beside the host . Such a small moment — but it speaks volumes about her character. When I walked over, she was chatting with a fan on the other side. I was so nervous to finally see her that I called her name a few times, and she immediately turned to greet me with the warmest smile. After the photo session, she waved goodbye to our group and gently patted my shoulder. I could feel that she was truly sorry for not having more time to spend with us before the shoot. Even though there were many people around, Nong Orm gave her all during the 1v20 photoshoot. She made the effort to greet every single fan and did her best to fulfill everyone’s photo and “hi-bye” moments, especially when she saw fans holding rice cards. She had taken off her contact lenses, and since she’s very nearsighted, she kept squinting and trying to see what fans were holding in their hands — not just once, but several times. That effort alone was so heartwarming. She respects every staff member and treats each fan who shows up with sincerity and warmth. When the host asked if she had anything to say to everyone, she especially thanked those supporting her online. This woman is a single mother who has a... job as a delivery driver for a company that has a Fed Ex route contract. She relies on this job to support her and her kids. She just found out that the company she works for lost the contract and they will all be out of a job in about a month. She found out from someone else, not the company that she works for. 🤯 She is considering just taking her load back and walking out. This happens quite often in the delivery service field. Companies like Amazon and Fed Ex deliveries are contracted out and if those contractors don’t meet certain standards they can lose the contract. 💯 It’s possible the new contractor will hire her but nothing is guaranteed. My son just went through this a couple of years ago and they did not hire most of the drivers over to the new company. Many people told her not to quit, to stick it out and to go apply with the new company asap. She said if they don’t hire her it is just wasted time in getting a new job. She’s upset because she feels it is disrespectful of her company not to let them know personally and give them time to find a new job. I wouldn’t make matters worse. She needs the money. Stick it out and start looking for a new job. Did you know this happens regularly in the delivery service field, that contractors lose the contracts all the time and people lose their jobs?show more
